God’s Light Shines through Every Darkness

The Light shines on in the darkness, and the darkness did not understand it or overpower it or appropriate it or absorb it [and is unreceptive to it].
JOHN 1:5 AMP

Glory and honour be to God for this beautiful day, May we rejoice and be glad in it. Today is the last day of the year 2025, we thank God for ushering us into the last day of the year.

Jesus Christ is the true light of the world, the true light shines in every facet of darkness in this world. This means that the Lord is our everything, we cannot leave him out of any situation and everywhere we go with Him He illuminates the place.

May the Light of Christ shine forth in our lives to affect unbelievers, friends and families, the Light of God must shine forth in their lives.

May the light of God bring peace, joy and hope to the world. May this light take away every darkness from our midst and reconcile us to the Lord in Jesus Mighty name.Amen

Be a New Creature in Christ

Therefore if anyone is in Christ [that is, grafted in, joined to Him by faith in Him as Savior], he is a new creature [reborn and renewed by the Holy Spirit]; the old things [the previous moral and spiritual condition] have passed away. Behold, new things have come [because spiritual awakening brings a new life].
2 CORINTHIANS 5:17 AMP

Let’s sing Hallelujah to the King of Kings. Glory and honour be unto God for this last but one day of year. Indeed His grace and mercies have brought us this far.

We are thankful unto God for the provision in today’s scripture, Christ Jesus refreshes us, when you come to Him,you are adorned and beautified spiritually and physically.

Once the heart believes that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and the mouth confesses, there is the translation from the Kingdom of darkness into God’s marvellous Kingdom and the Holy Spirit takes over.

A new person who is guided and directed by the Holy Spirit is birthed spiritually. All the old things now give way to a new life in Christ Jesus!

May this be your testimony, that your life has become brand new in Christ Jesus, to accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour in this last but one day of the year is even more symbolic.

May the Great Grace of God abound and see us through the remaining days of this year and guide us through to a more fruitful new year. Remain blessed in Christ Jesus. Amen.

An Undivided Heart Before the Lord

1 Kings 8:61 (NKJV)
“Let your heart therefore be loyal to the Lord our God, to walk in His statutes and keep His commandments, as at this day.”

Praise and glory be to God for this blessed day and the privilege to reflect on His Word.

These words were spoken by King Solomon at the dedication of the temple, a sacred moment that called God’s people to wholehearted devotion. Solomon understood that God is not merely interested in outward worship, but in hearts that are fully committed and loyal to Him.

To have a heart loyal to the Lord means living with undivided affection and consistent obedience. It is a daily decision to walk in God’s ways, even when it is difficult or unpopular. Such loyalty anchors our lives in God’s truth and positions us to enjoy His presence and favor.

As we reflect on this verse, we are reminded that faithfulness is not seasonal but continual. God desires a steady walk with Him, one marked by obedience, reverence, and love.

May our hearts remain steadfast and wholly devoted to the Lord. May we walk in His statutes and keep His commandments, not out of obligation, but out of love and gratitude for all He has done. Amen.

Sowing with Faith, Reaping with Joy

2 Corinthians 9:6 (NKJV)
But this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully.

Praise and glory be to God for this blessed Sunday and the grace to gather our hearts around His Word. Thanks be to God for bringing us to the last Sunday of the year.

This scripture reveals a clear spiritual principle established by God: the measure of our sowing determines the measure of our harvest. Paul teaches that generosity is not loss but an investment into God’s divine economy. What we release in faith, God returns in abundance according to His wisdom and timing.

Sowing bountifully goes beyond material giving; it includes giving of our time, love, forgiveness, service, and obedience. When we sow with a willing heart and the right motive, God ensures that the harvest brings joy, increase, and lasting impact.

As the year draws to a close, this verse challenges us to examine the posture of our hearts. Are we holding back in fear, or are we trusting God with cheerful and generous obedience? God is faithful to reward those who sow in faith.

May you be empowered to sow generously in every area of your life. May the Lord grant you a bountiful harvest that brings glory to His name and joy to your heart. Hallelujah Amen.

Acknowledge, Confess and Believe that Jesus is Lord and receive your Salvation

because if you acknowledge and confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord [recognizing His power, authority, and majesty as God], and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.
ROMANS 10:9 AMP

Glory and honour be unto God for this beautiful day and the opportunity to rejoice and be glad in it.

God gave us His only begotten son to die to save us. The salvation does not come automatically but we need to accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and Saviour.

This we accomplish by following the scripture for the day, we acknowledge first, confess with our mouth and believe in our heart that Jesus Christ is Lord and Saviour and is able to save us. This is the ABC of Salvation- Accept, Believe and Confess.

This process acknowledges His power, authority and majesty as God! Salvation is therefore free and all one needs is to acknowledge Jesus Christ as our Lord and personal Saviour.

Take steps today to obtain Salvation by confessing with your mouth and believing in your heart that Jesus Christ is Lord.

May we confess and acknowledge Jesus Christ as the only name that can save us from eternal destruction and give us eternal life in Christ Jesus. May we be rooted in Christ Jesus. Amen.

The Lord is Faithful, He strengthens us and guards us from evil!

But the Lord is faithful, and He will strengthen you [setting you on a firm foundation] and will protect and guard you from the evil one.
2 THESSALONIANS 3:3 AMP

Praise and honour be to God for this beautiful day and the opportunity to rejoice and be glad in it. Happy Boxing Day.

We are thankful that we serve a living God who is Faithful and jealously guards His own. His faithfulness to us covers strengthening us and setting us up on a Solid foundation.

God makes sure that His own are well taken care of. God always remains faithful even when we break His rules and go astray. Forgive us Lord! What a faithful God we serve!

The Lord’s faithfulness to His children means that He guards and protects us against the attacks and schemes of the evil one. It is therefore essential that we connect to such a God who is loving and caring and ever present to intervene or intercede on our behalf.

May the Lord take absolute control over our lives. May He fortify us against all the schemes and attacks of the enemy and set our feet on high and establish us on a firm and solid foundation in Jesus Mighty name. Amen.

The Promise of an Everlasting Kingdom

Luke 1:31–33 (NKJV)
[31] And behold, you will conceive in your womb and bring forth a Son, and shall call His name JESUS.
[32] He will be great, and will be called the Son of the Highest; and the Lord God will give Him the throne of His father David.
[33] And He will reign over the house of Jacob forever, and of His kingdom there will be no end.

Praise and glory be to God for this beautiful day and the privilege to reflect on His eternal purposes.

In these verses, the angel Gabriel reveals God’s redemptive plan to Mary. What was announced was not only the birth of a child, but the arrival of a Savior whose reign would be eternal. The name Jesus speaks of salvation, deliverance, and hope for all mankind.

Jesus is described as great and the Son of the Highest, emphasizing His divine authority and heavenly origin. Though born in humility, He was destined for a throne established by God Himself. His kingdom is not limited by time, territory, or human power, it is everlasting.

This passage reassures us that God’s promises are unshakable. In a world where kingdoms rise and fall, Christ reigns forever. When we submit our lives to Him, we become part of a kingdom that will never end.

May your heart be established in the assurance that Jesus reigns over every area of your life. May His authority bring peace, His salvation bring joy, and His everlasting kingdom bring hope to you today.
Hallelujah! Amen.

Receive an Angelic Visitation with Good News

Luke 2:9–10 (NKJV)
[9] And behold, an angel of the Lord stood before them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were greatly afraid.
[10] Then the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid, for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy which will be to all people.”

Praise and glory be to God for this beautiful day and the opportunity to rejoice and be glad in it.

Thanks be to God that the birth of Jesus Christ has brought immeasurable joy to our world and to us as individuals. The coming of Christ changed the course of history and introduced lasting hope, peace, and salvation to humanity.

The angel of the Lord appeared to the shepherds at a time they least expected, and they were greatly afraid. Yet, the message from heaven was not one of fear, but of good news. The angel reassured them and announced tidings of great joy for all people. May we also receive this good news afresh today.

With the angelic visitation came the glory of the Lord, shining all around the shepherds, a powerful and unforgettable encounter with God’s presence. Divine visitation is often accompanied by divine glory.

May the glory of God shine forth in your life as you receive angelic visitation. May this encounter bring you everlasting joy, peace, and glad tidings through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Hallelujah! Amen.

Our Saviour is born in a Manger

Luke 2:7 NKJV
[7] And she brought forth her firstborn Son, and wrapped Him in swaddling cloths, and laid Him in a manger, because there was no room for them in the inn.

Glory be to God for this beautiful day and the opportunity to rejoice and be glad in it.

Today’s scripture says that the Saviour of the world Jesus Christ, the long awaited Messiah was born in a manger. The Son of God was born in a manger and not a luxurious palace? Wow!

As the story of Jesus Christ birth was told, Joseph and Mary had to leave Nazareth to Bethlehem for a census that had been decreed. All the Inns were full and the only available place was the manger.

The birth of our Saviour Jesus Christ in a manger signifies humility and access to all mankind. The visit by the shepherds and not Kings and other Royals meant people from all walks of life are welcome to connect with Jesus Christ for salvation and eternal life.

May the significance of the birth of our Saviour Jesus Christ in a manger bring all of us to Him for eternal life. May we enjoy the free access at all times to the Most High God in Jesus Mighty name.Amen.

Let Your Soul Rejoice and Magnify the Lord

Luke 1:46–47 (NKJV)
[46] And Mary said: “My soul magnifies the Lord,
[47] And my spirit has rejoiced in God my Savior.”

Praise and glory be to God for this beautiful day and the opportunity to rejoice and be glad in it.

We are still recounting how the young virgin Mary became pregnant with the Savior of the world. This could have been a very frustrating situation—when a young lady is looking forward to a gorgeous wedding day, and suddenly, boom, she finds herself pregnant without any action of her own.

When adversity strikes, what is our response? Do we have God in us who will flow through us to give us the resilience needed not just to survive, but to thrive?

It takes the Spirit of God living in us to overcome such situations and to walk in God’s peace. In the midst of her situation, Mary was able to magnify the Lord and praise His name.

May the joy of the Lord be our portion all the days of our lives, in Jesus’ mighty name. May the Spirit of the Lord overshadow us and cause us to be at peace at all times, in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.
