Desire to Dwell in the House of the Lord Forever

One thing I have asked of the Lord , and that I will seek: That I may dwell in the house of the Lord [in His presence] all the days of my life, To gaze upon the beauty [the delightful loveliness and majestic grandeur] of the Lord And to meditate in His temple.

PSALM 27:4 AMP

Praise and adoration be unto the Lord for gifting us with a beautiful day.

Let’s join King David in this very important prayer and desire. There’s no other thing that we can compare to this. This should be our prayer today

Father let every hindrance or issue that will deny my access to you to gaze upon the delightful, loveliness and grandeur of the Lord be removed in Jesus Mighty name.

The Lord’s presence should be our dwelling place all the time and wherever we find ourselves. His presence should abide with us in our homes, workplaces, market place and wherever we go.

Thank you Lord for giving us access to your presence so we can meditate upon your Word and your goodness. Praise be to your name, we shall dwell in your presence forevermore.

Father help me to gain access to your presence where there is fullness of joy forevermore. I want to be where you are, dwelling in your presence, feasting at your table and surrounded by your glory. Amen.

God comforts us so can provide Comfort to Others

Blessed [gratefully praised and adored] be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and the God of all comfort, who comforts and encourages us in every trouble so that we will be able to comfort and encourage those who are in any kind of trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.

We are thankful to God for His protection and blessings on a daily basis. We should not take for granted the joy and peace that we enjoy from the Lord. His Word today tells us that we are blessed with God’s mercies and comforted so that we can also provide comfort to others.

We have received comfort and encouragement from the Most High God to be His representatives here on earth to distribute God’s comfort and encouragement to others.

The God of all comforts and encouragement has equipped you to minister to anyone who needs any form of comfort and encouragement today and all the time.

May we avail ourselves for the Master’s use. Be an encouragement to someone, comfort one another, let the joy of the Lord be shared abroad in our hearts in Jesus Mighty name. Amen.

God’s Provision Against Temptations

No temptation [regardless of its source] has overtaken or enticed you that is not common to human experience [nor is any temptation unusual or beyond human resistance]; but God is faithful [to His word–He is compassionate and trustworthy], and He will not let you be tempted beyond your ability [to resist], but along with the temptation He [has in the past and is now and] will [always] provide the way out as well, so that you will be able to endure it [without yielding, and will overcome temptation with joy].
1 CORINTHIANS 10:13 AMP

Thanks be to God for His Word which is life to our souls. The scripture is telling us that temptations will come our way as God’s people but none is new or beyond what we can bear.

Bible says that God has made provisions for us to be able to go through the temptations that come our way. This should be our guidepost!

Adequate grace is availed to enable us go through the temptations that come our way and come out as better people. It is therefore important that we stay connected to Jesus Christ so we walk under the Grace.

May the Lord help us to come through every temptation that comes our way stronger and better in Jesus name. May our Provision stock always be sufficient for us in Jesus Mighty name.Amen.

Search me O God and know my heart

Today we join King David to offer this prayer unto the Lord. We want to remain in Him all the days of our lives so He the Most High God should search our innermost being.

Father cleanse our ways and set us free from any and take away from us anything that will prevent us from serving you the rest of our lives.

May the Lord help us to stay pure for Him not harbouring any sins and weights that will draw us away from our Heavenly Father.

May we be on God’s everlasting way by being obedient to His Word through and through. Cover us Lord and guide us through our lives in Jesus Mighty name. God be our help. Amen.

Blessed and Favoured are those who abide by the Word of God

“Blessed and favored by God are those who keep His testimonies, And who [consistently] seek Him and long for Him with all their heart.”

Hallelujah be unto the Most High God. Praise, honour and adoration be unto His holy name this beautiful Sunday morning.

It is a great blessing to serve the Lord with all your heart. Thanks be to God for today’s scripture which clearly states that we get blessed and favoured by the Lord when we seek Him and long after Him with all our hearts.

We should consistently long for Him and seek to do His by obeying and observing His statutes and testimonies as recorded in His Word.

Remain blessed and favoured all the days of your life as you consistently serve and long after Christ Jesus with all your heart all the days of your life in Jesus mighty name. Amen

God’s Word is effective and shall accomplish its Purpose

So will My word be which goes out of My mouth; It will not return to Me void (useless, without result), Without accomplishing what I desire, And without succeeding in the matter for which I sent it.

Praise and glory be to His name alone for great are His works. Rejoice and celebrate His goodness today.

Thanks be to God for His Word, What He has said in His Word, He will accomplish.

The day’s scripture says that the Word spoken by the Lord shall not return to Him void, that is without accomplishing anything. That is the Word of God shall be of no effect? That is not possible!

The Word of God has creative power and abilities, right from the creation of the universe God used His Word to create, design and decorate the universe.

The Word of God has been tested and proved to be greatly effective over the years, therefore as people created by God in His own image and empowered to have dominion, we should use the Word of God to create what we desire to see. Speak the Word and believe that it shall be accomplished in Jesus Mighty name.

May the Word of the Lord be with you throughout your life and May its creative power design your life according to your declarations. Remain blessed.

Thirst for the Living God

Let us join King David to intimately desire the presence of the Lord. This is such an amazing experience that we must all long to encounter.

Of a truth there is no place better than the presence of God, we must therefore literally live this scripture by longing and desiring after Him with our lives and all that is within us.

As we take the step of desiring after Him, we must have that expectation of the great encounter with the Lord. The Psalmist said …”when will I see the face of God “?

May we encounter His presence continually as we desire and long to see His face. May the joy of His presence be our portion in Jesus Mighty name. May we receive the glad tidings of abiding in the presence of God. Amen.

Return to the Lord with all your heart

We thank God that He is caring, when we mess up and go our own ways, He cuddles us and offers us the position of sons and daughters again.

The Lord is calling for us to turn from our own ways and come to Him with our hearts and minds completely renewed towards Him. He is ready to receive us into His marvellous light.

May we turn to the Lord with all our heart so that He welcomes us and offers to us a place of honour (status as a child of God) in His Kingdom. The Lord be our portion in Jesus Mighty name. Amen.

Jesus is at the door of your heart

‘Behold, I stand at the door [of the church] and continually knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him (restore him), and he with Me.

Praise and Glory be to God for this beautiful day, may the joy of the Lord be with you throughout this day.

We thank God for His desire for all to be saved. He gave His only begotten son to die to set us free from sin and death. This morning His Word says that He is standing at the door of your heart and knocking.

He is knocking because He wants to come in, have you responded to Him? May we be sensitive to know that God is at our heart’s entrance seeking to enter and take charge of our hearts and lives.

He requires our opening of the door of our hearts to Him so He comes in to dwell permanently. The bible says that He will come in and dine with us, our well being will become His priority. Open up your heart today and welcome Jesus into your life. You will encounter His transformation. May the Lord help us to heed to His call.

Salvation is free so don’t miss heaven.

May our hearts be ready and sensitive to the Spirit of God so that we don’t miss the opportunity of enjoying the Bread of Life and the Living Waters, the Saviour of the World Jesus Christ!

Hope and Encouragement come from the Scriptures

For whatever was written in earlier times was written for our instruction, so that through endurance and the encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope and overflow with confidence in His promises.

The scriptures were written for our good, to inform us of the wonderful acts of God and to encourage us to keep trusting Him for greater things ahead. It also corrects and rebukes us to keep us in check.

The promises of God have been documented in the Scriptures to encourage us to trust absolutely in God for the blessings contained in the Word. May we overflow in confidence in the Word.

May we always find hope and encouragement in the Word of God, may it strengthen us and guide us through our lives. May Jehovah help us and be our portion in Jesus Mighty name. Amen.

The Lord Examines the Heart

Every man’s way is right in his own eyes, But the Lord weighs and examines the hearts [of people and their motives].

Praise be to the Most High God for this beautiful day, all glory be unto His name.

The scriptures have indicated on a number of instances the importance of the heart….for out of it flows the issues of life.

Today, the Bible is telling us that The Most High God weighs and examines the heart to check our motives and reasons for our actions.

As humans we do a lot of things our own way but what are the reasons or motives behind them? Today we have received the Word of God that tells us that the motives behind our actions are important as the Lord examines each one of them.

May God be found in all our actions, may He be the reason and motivation for our all doings. May we not be found engaged in self seeking actions but those that magnify the Lord. Amen

Blessed are those whose iniquities have been forgiven

“Blessed and happy and favored are those whose lawless acts have been forgiven , And whose sins have been covered up and completely buried .

Thanks be to God for this beautiful day and a new month, may the joy of the Lord be with us throughout this month.

The King James version says Blessed are they whose iniquities are forgiven and their sins covered. All these are possible because Jesus died to save us. His blood washed away all our iniquities and cleansed us from sin and guilt.

We stand a blessed and favoured people because God gave His only begotten son to die to set us free from sin and death. May the hand of the Lord be with you throughout your life and continue to enjoy His covering.

Remain blessed, happy and favoured because the hand of the Lord is with you. Stay under His canopy and enjoy eternal life in Christ Jesus. Amen.
