Commit your Way to the Lord

Commit your way to the Lord ; Trust in Him also and He will do it.

Glory be to God for this beautiful day and the opportunity to rejoice and be glad in His sanctuary today.

God is the creator of the universe and all living things, with man as His special creation. It therefore makes sense to walk hand in hand with the Creator.

Allow the Lord to lead you by committing your ways to Him, you need to trust someone before committing important things to that person. We should therefore place our total trust in the Most High God so we can commit our ways to Him completely.

As the creator of the universe, there is absolutely nothing that He cannot handle, rest assured and have that firm belief that anything entrusted to Him, He will do exceedingly abundantly above our imagination.

May Jehovah come through for us and fill our mouths with laughter as we put our trust in Him. May His joy be our strength as we commit our ways completely to Him in Jesus Mighty name. Amen.

Choose to Rejoice in the Lord

Though the fig tree does not blossom And there is no fruit on the vines, Though the yield of the olive fails And the fields produce no food, Though the flock is cut off from the fold And there are no cattle in the stalls, Yet I will [choose to] rejoice in the Lord ; I will [choose to] shout in exultation in the [victorious] God of my salvation!

Today’s scriptures are requesting of us to rejoice and celebrate the goodness of the Lord irrespective of what is happening around us. The situation may not be the best or the most pleasant but let the Lord be exalted.

Keep rejoicing and place the Lord High above all. It is when we are filled with His Holy Spirit and His presence is with us that we can rejoice even in the face of trials and storms.

May His joy and peace always remain with you throughout your life, may we continually abide in Him lifting up His name and rejoicing in His presence. Amen.

Faith, Hope and Love but LOVE is the Greatest

And now there remain: faith [abiding trust in God and His promises], hope [confident expectation of eternal salvation], love [unselfish love for others growing out of God’s love for me], these three [the choicest graces]; but the greatest of these is love.

Today’s scripture shares with us three important ingredients of the believer.

Faith is our absolute trust in the Lord and Jehovah God. Hope is our expectations that we shall meet up with God one day as we have surrendered our lives to Him. Love is our unconditional liking and sacrificing for others.

Love is said to be the greatest of these three because it replicates God’s nature. A loving Father who gave His only begotten son to die for us to save us from sin.

May the Love of God fill our hearts and minds so we are able to love unconditionally as Jesus did. May God help us to be able to Love our fellow human beings just as we Love the Lord. May we not be branded as clanging cymbals in Jesus mighty name. Enjoy the Love of God and share His Love today. Amen.

Be humble and Regard Others as More Important

Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit [through factional motives, or strife], but with [an attitude of] humility [being neither arrogant nor self-righteous], regard others as more important than yourselves.

The main heading for Philippians chapter 2 is Be Like Christ, the verse therefore seeks to admonish us all to do things like Christ Jesus would have done.

Act selflessly with humility esteeming others and valuing them above ourselves. It is humility and love that will make us place others in high esteem. Regarding others as important will make us share the gospel of Jesus Christ with them no matter the state we find them in.

May the Lord help us to humble ourselves and abide by His Word. May we humble ourselves and acknowledge others as important and live with them as Jesus Christ would have done in Jesus Mighty name. Amen.

Love in Truth and in Action

Little children (believers, dear ones), let us not love [merely in theory] with word or with tongue [giving lip service to compassion], but in action and in truth [in practice and in sincerity, because practical acts of love are more than words].

The Lord is good and worthy to be praised at all times. Thanks be to God for the gift of Love that the Father has given to us. That is the reason why we are His children in the first place. He loved us so much that He gave His only begotten son to die to set us free.

Today’s scripture is calling on us to love genuinely and practically. It is a call to be real and not only love by word of mouth.

Our deeds and actions should show our love, we should be ready to help people who need our help in any way or form. It may be a very little act of service not necessarily giving out money, but where you are in a position to support someone financially, please do it.

May the Love of God be found in us all the time, may we be the carriers and distributors of God’s love to the world. May we enjoy God’s love as we genuinely share with all. May God’s grace be sufficient for all in Jesus Mighty name. Amen

God’s Workmanship created for Good Works

For we are His workmanship [His own master work, a work of art], created in Christ Jesus [reborn from above–spiritually transformed, renewed, ready to be used] for good works, which God prepared [for us] beforehand [taking paths which He set], so that we would walk in them [living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us].

Glory and adoration be unto the Lord for gifting us with a beautiful day.

God is a master creator! He called this entire universe into being. After doing a fantastic job He added a masterpiece creation made in His own image!

This special creation of God was created for a purpose, to accomplish great works that God had prepared in advance for us. Be reminded that to accomplish this great work, you need to stay spiritually transformed and renewed in Christ Jesus and ready for the assignment.

The heavenly reward for accomplishing this spiritually exciting and important job is to enjoy the good life which God pre-arranged for us.

May we enjoy this preferential treatment as God’s special people created for Good works by ensuring that we abide in Him. Remain God’s workmanship created in Christ Jesus! Blessed day Family.

Put on the Full armour of God

Put on the full armor of God [for His precepts are like the splendid armor of a heavily-armed soldier], so that you may be able to [successfully] stand up against all the schemes and the strategies and the deceits of the devil.
EPHESIANS 6:11 AMP

We bless God for another beautiful day that marks the beginning of a new working week. God has been good to us and we thank Him.

The scripture for the day says that we should put on the full armour of God. When a military man is going to war he doesn’t dress partially, the commandant of the troops will not allow it.

The armour of God is our spiritual accoutrements with which we wage battles and overcome the enemy. Just like the army officer stepping out for battle, the christian is to be equipped with the helmet of Salvation, breastplate of righteousness, Shield of Faith, Sword of the Spirit, belt of truth and the shoes of peace.

These powerful tools put the child of God in a combative mood and well equipped to fight any spiritual battle. All the schemes of the devil fall at the presence of the child of God. Our spiritual armour will help us to overcome any devices and strategies of the enemy. With the full armour of God, we stand tall spiritually and exercise the believer’s authority.

May we be well equipped at all times as children of God so we don’t fall prey to the enemy’s moves. May the Lord teach our hands and fingers to war and battle in His name at all times. May the crown of victory be our portion in Jesus Mighty name.

Nothing Should Separate Us from the Love of God

nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the [unlimited] love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Glory be to God for this beautiful day and the opportunity to rejoice and be glad in it.

We thank God for His Love that brought salvation to us in the 1st place.

Thank God for His word which assures us that we are more than conquerors (vs 37) and that even death, life, angels, principalities, powers, things present and future (vs 38) cannot separate us from the Love of God.

Praise God for the scripture of the day that admonishes us to stand firm and well rooted in Christ Jesus so that the challenges of this world will not draw us away from the Love of God.

May we not lose focus on Christ Jesus and the Love of God as we enjoy the blessings of the Lord, may the created things of God not occupy our minds and hearts so we lose sight of the Love of God. May we be the direct agents to spread the Love of God across all spheres of life as the Lord empowers us. Remain blessed greatly and enjoy a great Sunday. Amen

The Word of God is Active and Sharper than a Double Edged Sword

For the word of God is living and active and full of power [making it operative, energizing, and effective]. It is sharper than any two-edged sword, penetrating as far as the division of the soul and spirit [the completeness of a person], and of both joints and marrow [the deepest parts of our nature], exposing and judging the very thoughts and intentions of the heart.

Praise the Lord for another beautiful day.

The Word of God created the World and therefore nothing can compare to its potency. The Word existed in the beginning and it still has its potency intact. The Word is still working powerfully today.

Many awesome miracles are being experienced as a result of the Word of God in action. The Word is described as the Sword of the Spirit, it accomplishes every assignment with power and precision, no wonder it permeates bones and marrows!

The Word ministers creations, healings and deliverance. With the Word you are able to call things that don’t exist into being. Begin to create some powerful things Now!

May the Word of God be active and alive in us. May we use Power in the Word to command situations in and out of our lives. May this Spiritual Sword richly dwell in us and handle every situation for us in Jesus name. May we be carriers of this powerful Word in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.

Praise God for the blessings of a brand new, may the joy of the Lord be with you throughout this beautiful day.

We bless God for the gift of life and for today. Let us join King David to say this powerful prayer to the Most High God. In whatever space you find yourself you cannot afford to miss this. Join me in this prayer to God!

Lord, teach me to do your will so that I may please you. In my every step of life be there to hold my hand and order my step. Delight in the steps that I take to your own glory🙏🏾.

You are my God and without you I cannot do anything so let your Spirit lead me always to the paths of righteousness so I continually live an upright life that befits a child of God.

Father Lord, our desire is to do your will so please help us, continue to guide us o God and let your Spirit lead us at all times in Jesus Mighty name. Thank you Lord for being our Great shepherd. Amen

We glorify your name Lord for a brand new day and the gift of life.

We serve the Only true God, the Most High God, the Creator of the Universe. It is by His Word that All things were created.
How then can He be associated with limitations?

It was very important for Jesus to teach His disciples to build up their faith for the journey ahead after His death and resurrection. So is it key for us believers now to know and internalize it in our systems that we serve a God who turns IMPOSSIBILITIES to POSSIBILITIES! Where the human mind and abilities end, God takes over and brings a change in the situation.

The scripture states that if we translate from reliance or dependence on man to God, that is where the impossible things end. When God steps in, the situation becomes different.

May we experience the God who makes all things possible in every sphere of life. Once it is His will for us, it shall surely come to pass even though it may tarry. May the God of all Possibilities come through every situation of yours in Jesus Mighty name.

God is doing a New Thing in your life

Our Lord God is Mighty and worthy to be praised. His power and might knows no boundaries. This is the great God we serve, His name is I am that I am.

Today the Lord says He is going to do a new thing in our lives. A new thing that we have not seen, heard about or felt before. Prepare yourself to receive from the Lord, He says it will spring forth speedily. Position yourself for God’s visitation.

Be ready for the miracles of God that are coming your way, a road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert, substitute them for your expectations and trust God for them. They will surely spring forth speedily. The passage gives us the assurance that there is nothing impossible for our Lord and Saviour.

Start declaring that new thing, that which seems impossible to man,”your road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert “! Confess possession and it shall spring forth speedily in Jesus Mighty name. Amen
