Follow the Example of Christ

whoever says he lives in Christ [that is, whoever says he has accepted Him as God and Savior] ought [as a moral obligation] to walk and conduct himself just as He walked and conducted Himself.

Praise and honour be unto God for this beautiful day and the opportunity to rejoice and be glad in it. God alone be magnified!

Have you connected to the source of life? Is Jesus Christ your Lord and Personal Saviour? Today’s scripture says that if we have made that call then we are obliged to let the world see Christ in all we do.

Apostle John says as people who have accepted Jesus Christ, we owe it as a moral obligation to walk and conduct ourselves as Jesus Christ did.

This we ought to do without fail as honour unto our Maker and to let others see Him at work in us so that they will desire to have Jesus Christ as their Lord and personal Saviour.

May the character of Christ Jesus be formed in us so that we can live it out effortlessly for our lives to witness the gospel of Jesus Christ. May we never cease to be instruments and channels that God uses to bless His people. Amen.

All things created through Him and for Him

For by Him all things were created in heaven and on earth, [things] visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities; all things were created and exist through Him [that is, by His activity] and for Him.

Thanks be to God for this beautiful day and the opportunity to rejoice and be glad in it.

The Almighty God who created the entire universe is our God! It is in Him we live and move and have our being. He owns the whole wide world and everything within it.

Today we want to join the writer of this scripture to acknowledge the greatness of this God, it is because of Him that we have air to breathe and live! His creation needs to acknowledge that He alone deserves the highest reverence.

We worship and praise you Most High God because ALL THINGS were created through you and for you, thank you Lord that we have the privilege to be your children and therefore heirs. We shall continue to enjoy this honour of being children of the Most High God.

May we never cease to honour and adore you. Reign forever, reign in your majesty! Amen.

Live by the Word of God

But Jesus replied, “It is written and forever remains written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone , but by every word that comes out of the mouth of God .’”
(MATTHEW 4:4 AMP)

We glorify the name of the Lord, praise honour and adoration be unto God for this beautiful day.

Forever O Lord, thy Word is settled in Heaven! The Word of God created the World and all that is in it. Without the Word, nothing can be done.

Thanks be to Jesus for coming to fulfil the scriptures as Prophet Isaiah captured in Isaiah 11:1-2 (confirmed in Luke 4:17-14). The Word of God is Light for our path and the lamp unto our feet.

It is pure and unadulterated from God through His servants and meant to give us life. In today’s scripture Jesus makes us to know that food is good but not everything! The most important or essential thing for a believer is to believe completely in the Word of God and live by it.

May the Word of God be our defence, May it be our guide, May it be our backbone and stability. May the Word of God indwell us forever more in Jesus Mighty name. Amen.

Glory be to God in the Highest!

Yes for unto us a child is born , a son given who rules and reigns in His majesty. A child and son of the Most High God who transformed this world. The rulers of this world could not contain His wisdom and figure out His being. He is our Lord and Saviour.

May His reign be meaningful to you! May He be a wonderful counsellor to you. May He be your Mighty God, leading you to overcome and conquer the issues of life.

May He be an Everlasting Father to you and yours, enjoying every bit of the relationship. May He be your Prince of peace, enjoy the peace of God through and through.

May the joy of the Lord that comes from the Son of God remain and abide with us throughout this season and forevermore. Merry Christmas and God bless you loads.

Glory to God in the Highest, Peace to all Men

Then suddenly there appeared with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host (angelic army) praising God and saying, “Glory to God in the highest [heaven], And on earth peace among men with whom He is well-pleased.”
LUKE 2:13‭-‬14 AMP

Glory! Glory! Glory! What a joyful moment it is and shall be when we encounter Him face to face! The heavenly host choir rendering angelic tunes of glad tidings.

May the heavenly choir appear suddenly into our hearts and minds and minister continuous praises unto us. Songs to declare and confirm to us that Jesus is Lord of ALL and reigns supreme!

May the tunes they deposit in our hearts remain there perpetually so we can minister them to others for the Love of Christ to be shared abroad in the hearts of every man on earth. The Praise of the Almighty God should be on the by-ways and highways for All men and women to hear and join the chorus.

The peace of God will then come to ALL Men and Women and Children as Jesus Christ sits inside our hearts and grants us His peace that passes all understanding.

Are you part of the *”well-pleased”* of the Lord? You need to join now! Connect to Jesus Christ now! May the glory of God shine and glow in and around any family that acknowledges Him as Lord and Saviour. May the joy be unspeakable! Glory to God in the Highest!

God with us- Immanuel

Therefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign: Listen carefully, the virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and she will call his name Immanuel (God with us).

Hallelujah! Power, wisdom and glory be unto the Most High God for this beautiful day.

We glorify the name of the Lord for the gift of a Son conceived by a virgin, a great and wonderful miracle!

Embrace this beautiful message, imbibe it, digest it into your system and internalize it. Let it stay in you!

The name is Immanuel which means God with us, God will stay with us through and through. His peace and joy will dwell with us. His favour and glory will overshadow us. His grace and mercies will be sufficient for us. Yes, Immanuel!

Connect to Immanuel and have that personal relationship with Him, experience Him personally so that you can proclaim Him to others. May the joy and peace of Immanuel remain and abide with us throughout our lives in Jesus Mighty name. Amen.

God’s Son sent to save the world

For God did not send the Son into the world to judge and condemn the world [that is, to initiate the final judgment of the world], but that the world might be saved through Him.
(JOHN 3:17 AMP)

Hallelujah! Praise God from whom all blessings flow. Thanks be to God for blessing of today, may we be partakers of His glory.

A great reminder to all of us from this scripture that God gave us His son to save us and the world at large. His giving of His only begotten son was not to judge us or condemn us but to bring us back to our creator.

The time for the final judgement will come at a point in time no man knows, may be today? We cannot tell, so now that we have a moment, we should connect to Jesus Christ for salvation first and to get others also connected. His salvation is free and God the Father made a huge sacrifice in giving His only begotten son.

May we be instruments in the hands of God to send His salvation to all in Jesus Mighty name. God bless you for availing yourselves for the Master’s use! Amen.

Life through God’s Son Jesus Christ

By this the love of God was displayed in us, in that God has sent His [One and] only begotten Son [the One who is truly unique, the only One of His kind] into the world so that we might live through Him.

Praise God for the blessings of a brand new day and the opportunity to rejoice and be glad in it.

Thanking God for His Love that delivered His only begotten son to die to set the world free from sin and death.

May the Love of God energize us to bring Jesus Christ to people around us for salvation through Christ Jesus.

Let’s invite all to partake in the Love of the Father through His Son Jesus Christ. May the abundant life in Christ Jesus reach all this season. Come to Jesus Christ for life eternal. Thank you Abba Father for this priceless gift, be exalted and glorified now and forever more.

Jesus Saves

She will give birth to a Son, and you shall name Him Jesus (The Lord is salvation), for He will save His people from their sins.”

Praise and honour be unto God for this wonderful gift of a brand new day. May His glory shine forth in our lives.

Hallelujah! Jesus’ mission was defined even before His birth, a clear cut purpose and vision laid down for the Saviour of the world to come and fulfil.

Thanks be to God that Jesus Christ came to save the lost and reconcile sinners back to the Father. Glory be to God that even after leaving the earth and joining the Father in Heaven, Jesus’ name is still saving and drawing many to Christ.

Jesus Christ is ready right now to save so if you read this devotional and you are not saved yet call on the name of Jesus Christ for your eternal salvation. Jesus Saves!

May we be the carriers of the great news that Jesus Christ Saves to the world so all shall come to His Saving grace. Amen. May His miraculous birth unleash Jehovah’s miracles unto you this season as you lift high His banner of Love. Amen.

Not Ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ

I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation [from His wrath and punishment] to everyone who believes [in Christ as Savior], to the Jew first and also to the Greek.

Glory be to God for this beautiful day. May the joy of the Lord be our portion in Jesus Mighty name.

Apostle Paul made this profound statement and lived it out during his life and ministry. This is the example Jesus Christ requires from us too. Will we be able to stand like Apostle Paul and say that we are not ashamed of the gospel of Jesus Christ?

Hallelujah! The gospel of Jesus Christ is the Power of God unto Salvation. Therefore as we boldly declare the gospel of Jesus Christ, salvation is coming to the unsaved, the oppressed and trouble hearted.

May the Lord help us to accomplish His purposes in Jesus Mighty name by carrying His gospel to all without being ashamed.

Receive the boldness and confidence to preach the truth and unadulterated Word of God to bring salvation to all in Jesus Mighty name. Amen.

Give and Receive Back a Greater Measure

Give, and it will be given to you. They will pour into your lap a good measure–pressed down, shaken together, and running over [with no space left for more]. For with the standard of measurement you use [when you do good to others], it will be measured to you in return.”

Hallelujah to the King of Kings for this beautiful day and the opportunity to rejoice and be glad in it.

Today’s scripture is Jesus’ own words to us. Jesus Christ is sharing a great Kingdom principle with with us. This is a lesson that if we catch the revelation, opens us up for greater blessings.

The Lord says that give and it will be given unto you, it means that givers for not lack, if you freely give, naturally people will in turn give unto you. Your giving May be in the form of love, physical things or even money or whatever. Let’s know and remember that we don’t have to get the whole world (become rich or have excess things) before we give!

Giving must be exercised to all people and the church of Jesus Christ. May your standard of measurement for giving be a very generous heart without restraint!

The scripture says that you will receive in excess of what you have given, a good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over will be your portion in Jesus Mighty name. It means that there will be no more room or capacity for you to receive! May you receive these greater blessings in Jesus name. Amen.

My Soul Longs for you and my Spirit seeks after you

In the night my soul longs for You [O Lord ], Indeed, my spirit within me seeks You diligently; For [only] when Your judgments are experienced on the earth Will the inhabitants of the world learn righteousness.

Praise be to God for this beautiful day, His grace abounds and we will enjoy it.

Are you in love with the Lord? Do you long and desire after Him all the time? Today’s scripture which follows immediately a scripture which talks about expectantly waiting for the Lord, focuses on longing for the Lord and desiring after Him.

Our longing and desiring after Him keeps us in close fellowship with the Lord. Let us continually seek diligently after Him all the days of our lives.

We should not wait for the judgement of God to learn the righteousness of God. Right living with God should be our normal way of living.

Let’s keep seeking the Lord diligently and living right with God for He will also abide with us. Remain blessed greatly. Amen.
