God’s Healing and Restoration

He heals the brokenhearted And binds up their wounds [healing their pain and comforting their sorrow].

Praise and adoration be unto God for this beautiful day and the opportunity to rejoice and be glad in it.

Our God is a Mighty God and none compares to Him. In this Psalm, God’s restoration of Jerusalem is recounted.

The good news for you and I is that God is still in His healing and restoration business. Whatever situation we find ourselves in, God is able to come through for us. The Comfort of God will locate us today!

May every brokenness and wounds we carry in our lives be healed in Jesus Mighty name. May we receive the deliverance and restoration that comes from the Most High God in Jesus Mighty name. Amen.

The [reverent] fear of the Lord [that is, worshiping Him and regarding Him as truly awesome] is the beginning and the preeminent part of wisdom [its starting point and its essence], And the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding and spiritual insight.

Hallelujah to the King of Kings for this beautiful day, let’s gather in His presence and worship Him!

To worship and praise the Lord, to observe His commandments and statutes means giving reverence to God. That is the fear of the Lord. To deliberately obey and do His will is the beginning of wisdom that the scripture has stated.

To fear Him is the beginning of wisdom but to have understanding and spiritual insight requires that we have knowledge of God. How do you acquire knowledge if you don’t do a deep study?

May the Fear of the Lord be the beginning and establishment of wisdom in our lives. May the careful and deep study of God and His Word give us understanding and spiritual insight in Jesus Mighty name. Amen.

Lord, Search me thoroughly and Lead me in your everlasting Way

Search me [thoroughly], O God, and know my heart; Test me and know my anxious thoughts; And see if there is any wicked or hurtful way in me, And lead me in the everlasting way.

Glory be to God for the blessings of a brand new day, May His holy name alone be exalted.

Today we join King David to offer this prayer unto the Lord. We want to remain in Him all the days of our lives so He the Most High God should search our innermost being.

Father, cleanse our ways and set us free from any wicked ways. Please take away from us anything that will prevent us from serving you the rest of our lives.

Lead us Lord in your everlasting Way and let us abide in you forever. Cover us Lord and guide us through our lives in Jesus’ Mighty name. Amen.

The Lord shall fight for you

The Lord shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.
Exodus 14:14 KJV

We praise God for the blessings of a brand new day. He has been gracious and merciful to us and brought us into the 9th month of the year to experience delivery.

The Lord is nigh unto all those who call on His name. Have you made the Most High God your God? If no, then do so now.

The Lord shall Fight your battles for you only when you have surrendered your life to Him. He will pursue those who fight against us and we shall be victorious. The enemies we see today we shall see no more as the Lord fights our battles.

It is only the Lord who can let us enjoy peace of mind during times of battle. His sovereignty and greatness covers us and provides the peace that passes all understanding even during times of battles.

May the Lord continually fight our battles for us so we can enjoy the Peace that comes from above. May we stay calm as the Lord of Lords is in control. Amen.

Come to Jesus for absolute Rest for your Soul

“Come to Me, all who are weary and heavily burdened [by religious rituals that provide no peace], and I will give you rest [refreshing your souls with salvation]. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me [following Me as My disciple], for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest (renewal, blessed quiet) for your souls .
Matthew 11:28‭-‬29 AMP

Praise God for the blessings of a brand new, celebrate His goodness today.

God the Father gave His only begotten son to die to set us free from sin and death so Jesus is ever ready to do anything that will set us free.

In today’s scripture He is ready to free us from any burdens and entanglements that will prevent us from continuously loving and serving God. He has offered to make our burdens light if we come to Him.

Jesus Christ is ready to lift that burden off our heads so we don’t break our necks! We look very weary trying to solve issues on our own but we have the Saviour of the world who has our back and is a “burden lifter”. All that we need to do is to come to Him and surrender our lives to Him.

Jesus Christ is ready to give us a refreshing life once we acknowledge His Lordship and come to Him. May every load, burdens and any form of weariness be lifted as we present them to Jesus Christ. Amen.

The Spirit of God Intercedes for Us in our weaknesses

In the same way the Spirit [comes to us and] helps us in our weakness. We do not know what prayer to offer or how to offer it as we should, but the Spirit Himself [knows our need and at the right time] intercedes on our behalf with sighs and groanings too deep for words.

Praise be to God for this beautiful day and the opportunity to rejoice and be glad in it.

The Lord Jesus Christ promised us the Holy Spirit will come to help us in all things when He was departing to Heaven.

We appreciate God for the Holy Spirit that aids us in our weaknesses and moments when we cannot stand and pray. Thanks be to God for the Holy Spirit that teaches us how to pray when we are in low moments and cannot pray.

Thank you Spirit of the Living God for the intercession, for the deep sighs and groanings that are beyond our words. Continue to intercede for us for we need your strength and power to overcome and conquer at all times in Jesus’ Mighty name. Amen.

The Peace of God be with you

And the peace of God [that peace which reassures the heart, that peace] which transcends all understanding, [that peace which] stands guard over your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus [is yours].

Blessed be the name of the Lord our God who only gives good things to His children. We thank God for the Peace He gives unto His children.

The Peace of God that passes all understanding, that is the Peace that no man is able to unravel, that is the Peace that the Most High God bestows on His children.

The Peace of God that reassures, the peace that guards the heart and mind be yours in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.

May the peace of God be multiplied unto us in our rising up and our going to bed. May this peace that transcends all understanding abide in our homes now and forever more in Jesus Mighty name. Amen

The heart is deceitful

“The heart is deceitful above all things And it is extremely sick; Who can understand it fully and know its secret motives?”
‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭17:9‬ ‭AMP‬‬

Praise be to God for a brand new day. May the joy of the Lord be our strength this day.

Today’s scripture is preceded by the confirmation that those who trust in the Lord with their heart are blessed. Again it is followed by the scripture that the Lord searches the heart and rewards accordingly.

It is therefore important that we examine our hearts and check what is within since by birth we carry sin Bbb as descendants of Adam. The heart is desperately wicked as the scripture says but when Christ is invited into it there is a transformation.

God knows all the secret things within our heart and therefore it makes sense to surrender our hearts to Him so He will guide and direct the things that find their way to our hearts and stay in there.

May our hearts be renewed in the Lord Jesus Christ. May we carry the heart of gold that comes from God so that our lives and actions will bring glory to God. Search our hearts Lord and cleanse us in Jesus mighty name. Amen

Love is the Fulfilment of the Law

Love does no wrong to a neighbor [it never hurts anyone]. Therefore [unselfish] love is the fulfillment of the Law.
ROMANS 13:10 AMP

Praise be to God for this beautiful day and the opportunity to rejoice and be glad in it.

Love does no wrong to anyone, it doesn’t hurt a neighbour. Love binds people together, Love overlooks and keeps no record of evil.

May we be the carriers of Love to the world, the love that Jesus Christ demonstrated towards us by dying to save us in our sinful state should be given back to the world.

May the Love of God envelope us and dwell in us so that we can share this with the world without restraint. God be our help so we love at all times to draw many into His Kingdom. Love one another for Love is of God! Amen.

Be Strong in the Lord and the power of His Might

In conclusion, be strong in the Lord [draw your strength from Him and be empowered through your union with Him] and in the power of His [boundless] might.

Hallelujah to the King of Kings for this beautiful and blessed day and the opportunity to rejoice and celebrate His goodness today.

Be strong in the Lord and in the power of His Might! It is in Him we live and move and have our being, our strength comes from the Lord. We tap our strength from Him (The Most High God).

We get empowered by the Lord when we surrender our lives totally to Him and allow Him full control over our lives.

Let us keep plugging into the source of our strength, the Omnipotent God, He alone can equip us with all the power we require for life. May His strength be made manifest in us.

May our going out and coming in be empowered by the Lord, may His joy be our strength, may great grace abound towards us in all things in Jesus Mighty name. Amen.

Glory and adoration be unto God for this beautiful day, the last day of the 8th month. Thank God for the opportunity to rejoice and be glad in it.

The scripture admonishes us that we should not be wise in our own eyes as that does not lead us anywhere.

The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. It is the fear of the Lord that will bring the needed wisdom that we require to excel on all fronts and enjoy grace.

To fear the Lord requires that we give our utter most reverence to the Lord and totally obey Him. It also requires us to completely turn away from evil and any appearance of evil.

May the Lord help us to reverence Him and depart from evil in Jesus Mighty name, may His grace be sufficient for us to live completely for Christ all the days of our lives in Jesus Mighty name. Amen

Unity in the Body of Christ

so that there would be no division or discord in the body [that is, lack of adaptation of the parts to each other], but that the parts may have the same concern for one another. And if one member suffers, all the parts share the suffering; if one member is honored, all rejoice with it. Now you [collectively] are Christ’s body, and individually [you are] members of it [each with his own special purpose and function].
1 Corinthians 12:25‭-‬27 AMP

Praise and honour be unto God for this beautiful day and the opportunity to rejoice and be glad in it.

Apostle Paul in this chapter of the Bible emphasised the importance of unity in the Body of Christ. He very well illustrated this point using our body parts (1Corinthians 12:12-23).

Just as each part of the human body has its specific role that it plays to keep us going, so do we need to recognise that the Body of Christ needs this oneness in purpose to achieve God’s plan for the world: that all may be saved and reconciled unto our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Any attitude that seems to show off one’s ability over others does not promote God’s Kingdom but rather self ego and disunity in the Church of the Most High God.

May the Lord help us to contribute towards the building of the Body of Christ with the desire of reaching ALL for Christ Jesus. May every other personal desire that does not contribute to Salvation be quenched by the Holy Spirit in Jesus Mighty name. Amen
