God’s Mercies and Compassion are available daily

It is because of the Lord’s lovingkindnesses that we are not consumed, Because His [tender] compassions never fail. They are new every morning; Great and beyond measure is Your faithfulness.

LAMENTATIONS 3:22‭-‬23 AMP

Praise and Glory be to God for this beautiful day, this is the day that the Lord has made and we should rejoice and be glad in it.

Thanking God that it is because of His mercies and compassion that we are not consumed. His fresh daily supplies keep us going from one level to the other.

God’s compassions fail not, they are in the right measurement and always on time. What a mighty God we serve! His loving kindness envelopes us.

Great and beyond measure is the Faithfulness of God! This is so reassuring. A dependable God in all seasons and at all times.

May we receive the daily dosage of God’s mercies and compassion as we plug into His great faithfulness. Take your portion every morning and walk into your victorious day in Jesus’ Mighty name. Amen.

God will refresh the weary and satisfy the faint

God assured the people of Israel in this chapter that He will be their God and they will be His people.

God has availed this privilege to us by giving His only begotten Son to die to set us free from sin and death and has given us life eternal only if we accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and Saviour.

May we be fully satisfied by the Lord, May every dry and parched aspects of our lives be replenished and refreshed in Jesus Mighty name. May we not faint because the Lord of Lords is our portion in Jesus name. Amen

Be on Guard, Stand Firm in Faith and Do All Things in Love

The scripture emphasises that we should do all things out of Love. Apostle Paul continues to charge us to stand firm in the Lord not wavering in Faith, being courageous and acting as matured people in the Lord.

We should be on guard and let the Word of God guide our walk and actions. The Love of God should be our motivation and inspiration for each step taken.

Put on Kindness, Compassion…. and Humility

So, as God’s own chosen people, who are holy [set apart, sanctified for His purpose] and well-beloved [by God Himself], put on a heart of compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience [which has the power to endure whatever injustice or unpleasantness comes, with good temper];

COLOSSIANS 3:12 AMP

Glory be to God for ushering us into a brand new day, praise and adoration be unto His holy name.

Today’s scripture forms part of an admonition from Apostle Paul to the church to put on the new self as believers. This means that you can be born again but will not show forth these virtues.

The call therefore is on us who have been sanctified and set apart by the Lord to clothe ourselves with these virtues so that we can stand for God no matter what wind blows towards us.

As a beloved child of God therefore put on the heart of compassion. Let kindness, humility and patience be engraved in your life so that you can stand for Christ even in the face of trials and tribulations.

May the Lord who has separated us unto Himself enable and empower us to be clothed appropriately in His virtues to endure the challenges of this world. Help us Lord in Jesus Mighty name.

A soft and gentle and thoughtful answer turns away wrath, But harsh and painful and careless words stir up anger.

Praise be to God for this blessed day, may the joy of the Lord be with you throughout the day.

Words are life, they create as well as destroy. The Most High God created the World and all that is within with the Word of His mouth.

Today’s scripture is teaching us that we hold the key to peace in all situations. We can determine the conclusion of a matter by the way we react or respond to situations.

A soft, gentle, kind and thoughtful answer to every situation will diffuse confusion and turn away wrath. A kind answer deals with anger. Anger will not thrive at the sound of gentle and thoughtful answers.

May the Words that speak create things around us that minister life to all. May our words melt difficult situations and bring calmness, peace and joy to all. May great grace abound in Jesus Mighty name. Amen

Servanthood leads Greatness

Simply put we should not look down at service and also we should be selfless in our service to all.May the Word of the Lord richly dwell in us so that we can serve in every capacity we find ourselves and know that it is our route to leadership and by extension greatness. Greater Love demonstrated by Jesus Christ

No one has greater love [nor stronger commitment] than to lay down his own life for his friends.
JOHN 15:13 AMP

Blessed day, May our day be great filled with the glory and joy of the Lord.

Greater Love has no man! Certainly no man can do what Christ Jesus did at the request of His Father, the Almighty God.

Love at its greatest peak! For the Son of God to be made to die to save ALL mankind! The one who knew no sin to die to save the sinners of the world. Indeed no one can demonstrate such a Greater Love.

The greatest love shown by God the Father and God the Son to deliver us all from Sin and set us up on the path to eternal life in Christ Jesus. What manner of love!

May we walk in this love and also deliver the gospel of Jesus Christ to the world so others may be saved!

Thank you Mighty God, thank you Lord Jesus for loving us and bringing us salvation.

May we never turn away from such great Love. May the joy with which this love was demonstrated stay with us all the days of our lives as we worship the Most High God and also give this love out to others. Amen.

Deny yourself, take up your Cross and Follow Jesus

And He was saying to them all, “If anyone wishes to follow Me [as My disciple], he must deny himself [set aside selfish interests], and take up his cross daily [expressing a willingness to endure whatever may come] and follow Me [believing in Me, conforming to My example in living and, if need be, suffering or perhaps dying because of faith in Me]. For whoever wishes to save his life [in this world] will [eventually] lose it [through death], but whoever loses his life [in this world] for My sake, he is the one who will save it [from the consequences of sin and separation from God].

Praise God for the blessings of a brand new day and the opportunity to rejoice and be glad in it.

Jesus laid down the conditions required for the disciples to be able to work effectively and efficiently in the ministry.

Firstly, He called for self sacrifice to be able to follow Jesus Christ, set aside self interest and look at the bigger picture of serving the Lord selflessly.

Be ready and willing to go all out for Jesus! The willingness to endure any challenge that might come for the sake of the gospel reaching the utter most part of the world.

Pattern your life after Jesus Christ so that as the world sees you they are reading the gospel of Jesus Christ. Following Jesus’ life without any compromise so that your life will point others to Christ.

May Jesus be seen in our lives, may we be the carriers of the gospel, may we be instruments of God’s love and may the lost be saved through our obedience. God bless you. Amen.

Discipline yields a Harvest of Righteousness

For the time being no discipline brings joy, but seems sad and painful; yet to those who have been trained by it, afterwards it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness [right standing with God and a lifestyle and attitude that seeks conformity to God’s will and purpose].

Thank you Lord Jesus for victory on the cross, you endured it so that we can enjoy eternal life. The process of going through discipline is a tough one and not pleasant to anyone.

It is very easy or natural to react negatively towards discipline when it is being meted out. The rewards are however great.

May we reap the fruits of Righteousness that comes from subjecting ourselves to the discipline of God’s Word. May our lifestyles conform to the Word of God, may the discipline of God’s Word make us more productive and a better people to impact our world. Amen.

You Reap what you Sow

Hallelujah to the King of Kings for this beautiful day. May the joy of the Lord reign in your life.

God in Genesis 8:22 set the rules of seedtime and harvest. The Apostle Paul therefore in the above scripture seeks to bring our minds to the fact that we need to take our relationship with God serious.

How do you relate to God? Is reverence for God part of your life? God is not to be mocked as stated in the scripture. Let us give our best to God for that is the seed we are sowing today.

Our service to God must be without reservation and must come from deep within us not lip service. The Father is watching the kind of investment we are making into the Kingdom of God. The service we render to God and to fellow human beings are recorded in our favour. Our harvest will be the dividend or profit we receive from this service.

Lord Jesus Help us to offer our reasonable service unto you wholeheartedly so that our Kingdom investment will yield a great harvest for us. May your grace be with us throughout so we reap bountifully to your glory. Amen

Do not let your heart be troubled because there is a God who is able to do all things. Today’s scripture urges us to believe in God absolutely without any doubts.

Our Lord Jesus Christ said in the scripture that we should believe in God and also in Him, that places us in a solid position of relying completely on God.

May our faith in the Lord grow from strength to strength, may we not waver in our trust in the Lord. Hold on to the Faith and keep believing God, He is able to do all things. Amen.
