Let no one despise your youth but rather be an example unto the Believers

Let no one look down on [you because of] your youth, but be an example and set a pattern for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, and in [moral] purity.

Apostle Paul was encouraging Timothy to stand tall and not to allow anyone despise his youth.

Young people, stand up and be counted! Influence your world with your deeds and speech.

Whether you are young like Timothy or old, let Christ be seen in your daily walk and interactions with others. As we keep modelling ourselves after Jesus, our lives are ministering to the world.

Pause for a moment and reflect on your life; are you a role model worthy of emulation? Does your speech reflect Christ? Is your conduct aligned to His Word? Are you walking in love, faith and purity? May the Lord equip us to be His worthy ambassadors!

May the Spirit of God quicken us in our inner man so that we will be built up and rooted in Him and boldly declare our stand in Christ!

May God’s image be formed in us and May the confidence we receive in Christ Jesus lead us on to influence and positively affect generations in Jesus Mighty name. Amen

Physical training is of value but Godliness is Profitable in All Things

For physical training is of some value, but godliness (spiritual training) is of value in everything and in every way, since it holds promise for the present life and for the life to come.
1 TIMOTHY 4:8 AMP

Praise and adoration be unto the Lord for a brand new day. Thank you Jesus.

The scripture for the day says that physical exercise is of some value so we should engage in it. It helps us to stay healthy. It is like a starter or a dessert when liken to meals. Without a healthy body you cannot enjoy your spiritual exercise.

The main course or main dish is spiritual exercise which is exercising Godliness! Living and abiding by the Word of the Most High God. The study of the Word of God, Praying at all times, fellowship with the brethren and personal evangelism helps us to grow spiritually as we exercise our spiritual muscles.

Hallelujah, the scripture further says that Spiritual exercise is profitable because it has great value now and also in the future, the benefit of the now is to enjoy God’s grace and favour in abundance, His protection and supplies, direction and peace and many more. The promise for the future is huge and that is for eternal life.

May we benefit from both physical and spiritual exercises. May the benefits be more from the Spiritual exercise that profits eternally. God bless us all. Shalom

Fight the Good Fight of Faith and take hold of Eternal Life

Fight the good fight of the faith [in the conflict with evil]; take hold of the eternal life to which you were called, and [for which] you made the good confession [of faith] in the presence of many witnesses.
1 TIMOTHY 6:12 AMP

Praise, Glory and honour be to God for a brand new day, May His presence be with us this day. Celebrate the goodness of the Lord.

The Apostle Paul admonishes young Timothy that it is important to stay in the faith after all is said and done. Fight the good fight of Faith! There are so many things that compete for our attention and it is important that we keep our eyes firmly on Jesus. Focus on the author and finisher of our Faith.

The preceding verse to the above scripture clearly charges the believer to flee from all appearances of sin and pursue righteousness, faith, love, steadfastness and gentleness.

There should be no room to compromise on the salvation we have received when we boldly declared our position in Christ Jesus. Fight the good fight of Faith till the very end so we can take hold of eternal life through Christ Jesus.

May the Lord energise us to pursue this fight relentlessly. May we continue fighting the good fight of Faith till the coming of the Lord, holding on to the eternal life in Christ Jesus in Jesus Mighty name. Amen

Jesus Christ the One God and Mediator

For there is [only] one God, and [only] one Mediator between God and mankind, the Man Christ Jesus, who gave Himself as a ransom [a substitutionary sacrifice to atone] for all, the testimony given at the right and proper time.
1 TIMOTHY 2:5‭-‬6 AMP

Glory and honour be to God for this beautiful day, may the joy of the Lord fill us throughout this day.

Hallelujah! Only one God and only one Mediator who is Jesus Christ! Do you have a close relationship with Him? Get connected to the Lord Jesus Christ who will connect you to God the Father. He will negotiate on our behalf because He has already paid for our sins on the Calvary Cross. That act opened the way for us and there should not be a turning back.

Jesus Christ sacrificed His life so that we may be reconciled to the Father, May we all be beneficiaries of this great sacrifice. There are no alternatives to this sacrifice so let’s make good use by accepting Jesus Christ as our Lord and Saviour.

May you be a testimony and may your mega testimony also follow as you make the Only one God and Mediator your personal Saviour.

May the only one God and one mediator Jesus Christ be our personal Lord and Saviour. May we Walk with Him closely and never stop testifying of His goodness and greatness in Jesus Mighty name.Amen.

Jesus Christ Died for You and I

This is a faithful and trustworthy statement, deserving full acceptance and approval, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, among whom I am foremost.
(1 TIMOTHY 1:15 AMP)

This is an ascertained fact that our Lord and Master Jesus Christ came into this world in human form. He came as a saviour to the world, He was mocked and crucified. He died a shameful death like a sinner, being hanged on a cross.

Christ Jesus had to go through this painful and shameful death to pay the price for us. He shed His blood for our redemption.

I identify with Apostle Paul as a sinner who has benefited from the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. It has us brought restoration unto us.

The fellowship that we lost with God has been restored and we all need to make Jesus’ death a worthwhile venture. He laid down His life so that you and I would have eternal life in Him.

Have you accepted Him as your Lord and Personal Saviour?

Today He is knocking on the door of your heart, open and receive Him in. His presence in your life will fill that great vacuum that has existed between man and His Creator and bring transformation in your life.
