God’s Unconditional Love:Christ Died for Us when we were still sinners!

But God clearly shows and proves His own love for us, by the fact that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
ROMANS 5:8 AMP

Glory and honour be to God for this day and the opportunity to rejoice and be glad in it.

It takes a lot of effort to go the extra mile to help a friend in need, Jesus demonstrated greater Love by opting to die a shameful death on the cross to give salvation to mankind. To hang on a tree as a cursed person just to get human beings translated from the kingdom of darkness into the marvellous Light of God’s Kingdom.

The interesting and amazing thing is that this sacrifice was made while humans were deep in sin, no wonder scripture says that Love covers a multitude of sins.

God’s love is very deep and we need to emulate this by also reaching out to the Lost, sharing the gospel with them and bringing them to God’s saving grace. As you read this today, make sure that you don’t allow this day to slip by without committing your life to Jesus Christ by accepting Jesus as your Lord and Personal Saviour.

May God bless us all as we keep the faith and run the race ahead of us till eternity.May the love of God compel us to share His salvation message to all mankind in Jesus Mighty name. Amen.

Set your heart on Things above where Christ dwells

“Therefore if you have been raised with Christ [to a new life, sharing in His resurrection from the dead], keep seeking the things that are above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God.”

Glory and honour to the King of Kings for ushering us into another beautiful day. We give glory to His holy name! May the joy of the Lord be with us throughout this day and evermore.

Galatians 2:20 says we were crucified with Christ Jesus, today’s scripture says if we have been raised with Christ Jesus in His resurrection, then we have the power that dwells in Christ to do exploits.

Our focus and mind should be fixed on Jesus Christ and on things above, spiritual things should be our desire. Heaven should be our desire and target.

Salvation of souls should be our preoccupation and we should desire to populate the Kingdom of God while depopulating the kingdom of the enemy. Our main focus should be that we make it to heaven at the 2nd coming of Jesus Christ.

May we continue to lift up the name of the Lord so that many will be drawn unto the Lord. May our actions, thoughts , deeds and words be a pointer to Jesus Christ. Amen.

I am Crucified with Christ, Christ lives in me now

I have been crucified with Christ [that is, in Him I have shared His crucifixion]; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body I live by faith [by adhering to, relying on, and completely trusting] in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me.

Praise be to God for the blessings of a brand new day and the opportunity to rejoice and be glad in it.

Today we join Apostle Paul to confess that we have been crucified with Christ. Our lives have been sold out to Him. It is in Him we live and move and have our being.

Live your life completely by faith relying on the Lord Jesus Christ, absolutely trusting Him and adhering to the Word of God.

Identify with Jesus Christ wherever you find yourself, not being ashamed of the Gospel because It is the Power of God unto Salvation.

May the power of the resurrection that follows the crucifixion of Jesus Christ be availed unto us for greater works as we focus on our walk with Christ Jesus in Jesus Mighty name. Amen.

I am Not Ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ

I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation [from His wrath and punishment] to everyone who believes [in Christ as Savior], to the Jew first and also to the Greek.
ROMANS 1:16 AMP

Praise and Glory be to God for this beautiful day. May the joy of the Lord be our portion in Jesus Mighty name.

Apostle Paul made this profound statement and lived it out during his life and ministry. This is the example Jesus Christ requires from us too. Will we be able to stand like Apostle Paul and say that we are not ashamed of the gospel of Jesus Christ? Paul was not ashamed because the gospel itself is the Power! Let’s preach the gospel of Jesus Christ to others.

Hallelujah! The gospel of Jesus Christ is the Power of God unto Salvation. Therefore as we boldly declare the gospel of Jesus Christ, salvation is coming to the unsaved, the oppressed and trouble hearted. Salvation is free and open to all.

Thank you Jesus for the gift of Salvation. May the Lord help us to carry His gospel to all without being ashamed. May we receive the boldness and confidence to preach the truth and unadulterated Word of God to bring salvation to all in Jesus Mighty name. Amen.

Remember Christ Jesus’ Body and Blood sacrificed for us

And when He had taken bread and given thanks, He broke it and gave it to them, saying, “This is My body which is given for you; do this in remembrance of Me.” And in the same way He took the cup after they had eaten, saying, “This cup, which is poured out for you, is the new covenant [ratified] in My blood.
Luke 22:19‭-‬20 AMP

Glory be to God for this beautiful day and the opportunity to rejoice and be glad in it.

Thanks be to God for gifting us with His Son who went on to die for us and also left a symbol for us to remember that great act of sacrifice.

In preparation for His death He met with His disciples and after giving thanks He broke bread and gave them to eat. He also poured wine and gave same to the disciples to represent His blood. That He said should be done in remembrance of Him. His body that was nailed to the Cross for the salvation of man.

As we take the bread and wine/communion, we identify ourselves with the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. That is the reason for our living today, without His death and resurrection there is no hope.

We thank you Father for your son Jesus Christ and for the sacrifice He made for us, we shall forever remember Him as we give thanks to God and celebrate the Holy communion. May Christ Jesus be seen in our lives. Amen.

Christ Jesus Be Projected All the Time including difficult moments

So I am well pleased with weaknesses, with insults, with distresses, with persecutions, and with difficulties, for the sake of Christ; for when I am weak [in human strength], then I am strong [truly able, truly powerful, truly drawing from God’s strength].
2 CORINTHIANS 12:10 AMP

Apostle Paul recounted that he was ready for any form of humiliation once it projects the name of the Lord. Earlier verses from this same chapter emphasizes this fact, that in all these the name of the Lord be magnified. God’s grace was available for Apostle Paul.

The Apostle says he is ready to accept insults, persecutions with difficulties and distresses for the sake of Jesus Christ being magnified unto the world.

What sacrifice are we ready to make for the Lord? We have been saved to also bring salvation to others. What kind of suffering or humiliation are we ready to accept for the gospel of Jesus Christ to be preached at all costs to others.

Can we say boldly with Apostle Paul that Jesus Christ empowers us in our weakness so we can do His work with boldness. He has given us sufficient grace to do His work (2Corinthians 12:9)

May Jehovah strengthen and embolden us to preach His gospel to all. Jesus is the answer to the world, believe in Him and be saved.

Love just as Christ Loved Us

We love, because He first loved us.

Glory and honour to the King of Kings for this beautiful day. The joy of the Lord is our strength. Let us celebrate His goodness today.

For God has loved us with an Everlasting Love , God is Love and He is our example.

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son to die to set us free from sin and death. This is the highest form of love one can experience and it is what should motivate and encourage us to love one another unconditionally.

We love because He first loved us…We have a great example of Love to follow….care for one another, take delight in the well being of others, May the salvation of others be of importance to us….Love should be in action. May we also be Love ambassadors and examples for others to learn to love from.

May the Love of God fill our hearts and minds and flow to all we encounter. May we be instruments of God’s love. God’s love be shed abroad in hearts now and forever more in Jesus Mighty name. Amen.

Unity in the Body of Christ

so that there would be no division or discord in the body [that is, lack of adaptation of the parts to each other], but that the parts may have the same concern for one another. And if one member suffers, all the parts share the suffering; if one member is honored, all rejoice with it. Now you [collectively] are Christ’s body, and individually [you are] members of it [each with his own special purpose and function].
1 Corinthians 12:25‭-‬27 AMP

Praise and honour be unto God for this beautiful day and the opportunity to rejoice and be glad in it.

Apostle Paul in this chapter of the bible emphasised the importance of unity in the Body of Christ. He very well illustrated this point using our Body parts (1Corinthians 12:12-23).

Just as each part of the human body has its specific role that it plays to keep us going, so do we need to recognise that the body of Christ needs this oneness in purpose to achieve God’s plan for the world. That all may be saved and reconciled unto our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

The display of any attitude that seems to show off one’s ability over others does not promote God’s Kingdom but rather self ego and disunity in the Church of the Most High God.

May the Lord help us to contribute towards the building of the Body of Christ with the desire of reaching ALL for Christ Jesus. May every other personal desire that does not contribute to Salvation be quenched by the Holy Spirit in Jesus Mighty name. Amen
