Wait patiently for the Lord and receive freedom and deliverance

I waited patiently for the Lord ; and he inclined unto me, and heard my cry. He brought me up also out of an horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my goings.

Glory and honour be to God for this beautiful day and the opportunity to rejoice and be glad in it. Thank you Father for bringing us to the start of the second month of 2023. Happy New Month!

Waiting for the Lord may not be an easy venture but once we are able to wait for God we receive great benefits. King David waited patiently for the Lord and the Lord heard him and delivered him.

As we wait patiently for the Lord, May we receive a lifting up from any form of miry clay that is holding us back. The Lord will come through for us as we wait patiently for Him to bring us out of any horrible pit and set us up on the rock.

May we not give up during the period of trials and challenges but continue to trust in God and wait patiently till He comes through. God will hear our cry.

May the Lord hear and answer us as we wait patiently for Him. May He set our feet firmly upon a rock and establish our path.
May the Lord place a new song of praise in our mouth.Amen

Seek the Lord for Help and Deliverance

I sought the Lord [on the authority of His word], and He answered me, And delivered me from all my fears.
Psalms 34:4 AMP

Glory and adoration be unto God for this beautiful day and the opportunity to rejoice and be glad in it.

This is a psalm of King David when he feigned madness and received deliverance at the hand of Abimelech.

David had tasted of God’s goodness and therefore was able to call on the name of the Lord during his time of need.

As children of God we should ensure that our relationship with God is always on point so we can call on Him in time of need. Seeking the Lord on the authority of His Word requires that we study and know the Word of God so that we can refer to and receive the needed help.

May the Lord’s ear be inclined to our requests so that we may obtain help and Deliverance in Jesus Mighty name. May we enjoy a closer walk with the Lord at all times. Amen.
