Set your heart on Things above where Christ dwells

“Therefore if you have been raised with Christ [to a new life, sharing in His resurrection from the dead], keep seeking the things that are above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God.”
‭‭COLOSSIANS‬ ‭3:1‬ ‭AMP‬‬

Glory and honour to the King of Kings for ushering us into another beautiful day. We give glory to His holy name! May the joy of the Lord be with us throughout this day and evermore.

Galatians 2:20 says we were crucified with Christ Jesus, today’s scripture says if we have been raised with Christ Jesus in His resurrection, then we have the power that dwells in Christ to do exploits.

Our focus and mind should be fixed on Jesus Christ and on things above, spiritual things should be our desire. Heaven should be our desire and target.

Salvation of souls should be our preoccupation and we should desire to populate the Kingdom of God while depopulating the kingdom of the enemy. Our main focus should be that we make it to heaven at the 2nd coming of Jesus Christ.

May we continue to lift up the name of the Lord so that many will be drawn unto the Lord. May our actions, thoughts , deeds and words be a pointer to Jesus Christ. Amen.

Desire to Dwell in the Presence of the Lord Forever

One thing I have asked of the Lord , and that I will seek: That I may dwell in the house of the Lord [in His presence] all the days of my life, To gaze upon the beauty [the delightful loveliness and majestic grandeur] of the Lord And to meditate in His temple.
PSALM 27:4 AMP

Glory, honour and adoration be unto the Lord for gifting us with a beautiful day.

Let us join King David in this very important prayer and desire. There is no other thing that we can compare to this. This should be our prayer today

Father let every hindrance or issue that will deny my access to you to gaze upon the delightful, loveliness and grandeur of the Lord be removed in Jesus Mighty name.

The Lord’s presence should be our dwelling place all the time and wherever we find ourselves. His presence should abide with us in our homes, schools, workplaces, market place and wherever we go.

Thank you Lord for giving us access to your presence so we can meditate upon your Word and your goodness. Praise be to your name, we shall dwell in your presence forevermore.

Father help me to gain access to your presence where there is fullness of joy forevermore. I want to be where you are, dwelling in your presence, feasting at your table and surrounded by your glory. Amen.

Let the Word of God Dwell in You, Be filled with the Grace and Truth of God

And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
John 1:14 KJV

Praise the Lord!Jesus Christ is Lord! He alone is God and We shall give Him the praise and honour! Thank God for a brand new day, this is the day that the Lord has made and we will rejoice and be glad in it.

And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us. Jesus Christ in our hearts and minds to transform and change our stories and destinies. Yes the destiny changer descended from glory to dwell among us.

His glory is released as He dwells in us, the glory of the Lord be multiplied unto us as we keep His Word in our hearts. May the glory shine forth in our lives and catapult us to greater heights in the name of Jesus.

May we receive Greater grace to do mighty exploits for the Kingdom of God. Grace to preach the truth and unadulterated Word of God.

May the Word that dwells in us fill us with the Lord’s grace and truth, that the glory should begat Grace and truth in our lives. May this encounter be fresh in our lives all the days of our lives in Jesus Mighty name. Amen.

Let the Word of God Richly Dwell in You

Let the [spoken] word of Christ have its home within you [dwelling in your heart and mind–permeating every aspect of your being] as you teach [spiritual things] and admonish and train one another with all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs with thankfulness in your hearts to God.
COLOSSIANS 3:16 AMP

Praise God for a brand new day!
The Word of God is a critical factor in the life of every believer. It is therefore appropriate to receive the charge in the scripture above.

As we internalize the Word of Christ, it will influence the way we live. This will make us live like Christ and therefore justify the the title christian. Our singing of hymns and spiritual songs also helps keep the Word of God with us.

The scripture says we should let the Word richly dwell in us, and that it should permeate every aspect of our lives. This will place us in a position where with the wisdom of God received we can admonish and teach others spiritual things-songs, psalms and hymns.

May the Word of Christ richly dwell in our hearts so that we will impact our world positively with the Word. May the Light in us brighten the corners we find ourselves so that others are attracted to Christ. May the Word that richly dwells in us show outwardly in our daily lives in Jesus Mighty name. Amen.
