In the same way the Spirit [comes to us and] helps us in our weakness. We do not know what prayer to offer or how to offer it as we should, but the Spirit Himself [knows our need and at the right time] intercedes on our behalf with sighs and groanings too deep for words.

The Lord Jesus Christ promised us the Holy Spirit will come to help us in all things when He was departing to Heaven.
We appreciate God for the Holy Spirit that aids us in our weaknesses and moments when we cannot stand and pray. Thanks be to God for the Holy Spirit that teaches us how to pray when we are in low moments and cannot pray.
Thank you Spirit of the Living God for the intercession, for the deep sighs and groanings that are beyond our words. Continue to intercede for us for we need your strength and power to overcome and conquer at all times in Jesus Mighty name. Amen.
