Love One Another, the new Commandment

I am giving you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, so you too are to love one another. By this everyone will know that you are My disciples, if you have love and unselfish concern for one another.”
JOHN 13:34‭-‬35 AMP

Praise and Glory be unto God for a brand new day and the opportunity to connect to the Most High God.

Jesus Christ spoke to His disciples about His betrayal and then proceeded to give them this new commandment. Love is the basis for which The Almighty God gave us Jesus Christ in the first place.

Jesus therefore reiterated the importance of Love by commanding His disciples to love one another and be ambassadors of Love. Their demonstrations of Love will serve as examples for others to follow.

This responsibility is now ours! Our lives should depict the Love of God in action such that it will attract others to come to this loving God.

Love should not be only by speeches but must reflect in the very lives that we live. People must feel and see love in action when they encounter us. In doing this we fulfil the new commandment given by Christ Jesus.

Father help us to be your agents of Love here on earth. May our Love be genuine and deep to bring others into your saving grace in Jesus Mighty name. Amen.

God’s Light Shines through Every Darkness

The Light shines on in the darkness, and the darkness did not understand it or overpower it or appropriate it or absorb it [and is unreceptive to it].

Jesus Christ is the true light of the world, the true light shines in every facet of darkness in this world. This means that the Lord is our everything, we cannot leave him out of any situation and everywhere we go with Him He illuminates the place.

May the Light of Christ shine forth in our lives to affect unbelievers, friends and families, the Light of God must shine forth in their lives.

May the light of God bring peace, joy and hope to the world. May this light take away every darkness from our midst and reconcile us to the Lord in Jesus Mighty name.Amen

The Unchanging and Incomparable Word of God

There is nothing that compares to the Word of God. It has great potency and is the solution to everything in this world.

The unchanging nature of the Word makes it super reliable…Forever O Lord , thy Word is settled in Heaven. (Psalm 119:89)

The Word is our guide in life and our light in darkness…..our companion in difficult times. Our lamp and Light for life!

Not living by bread alone but Taking the Word of God as our all in ALL.

The Word of God is the antidote against sicknesses and infirmity.

May the Word of God be the Prime thing in our lives. May all our lives be packaged in the Word. May the Lord help us to abide in His Word and by His Word at all times. Many blessings.

The Lamb of God who takes away our sins

The next day he saw Jesus coming to him and said, “Look! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!

Glory be to God for this beautiful day and the opportunity to rejoice and be glad in it. Today is the start of the 2nd half of the year. Happy New Month!

John the Baptist came as a forerunner preparing the way for our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. The Pharisees and Scribes had been asking him questions as to whether he was the messiah they were expecting just because John was baptizing people in the Jordan.

Today’s scripture is the direct Word of John the Baptist when he saw Jesus coming to him to be baptized. Jesus Christ indeed is the Lamb that takes away the sins of this world. Have you encountered Him?

Jesus Christ was crucified on the Cross to redeem mankind from sin and death and to reconcile us to the Heavenly Father. There is forgiveness now for everyone who confesses and accepts Jesus as Lord and personal Saviour.

May the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world cleanse us and guide us in the 2nd half of the year in Jesus mighty name.

May the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of this world be our Lord and Personal Saviour. May we not miss His great sacrifice that reconciles us to God the Father. Thank you Jesus Christ for saving us. Amen.

Greater Love demonstrated by Jesus Christ

No one has greater love [nor stronger commitment] than to lay down his own life for his friends.
JOHN 15:13 AMP

Praise and glory be to God for this beautiful day and the opportunity to rejoice and be glad in it. Blessed day, May our day be great and filled with the glory and joy of the Lord.

Greater Love has no man! Certainly no man can do what Christ Jesus did at the request of His Father, the Almighty God.

Love at its greatest peak! For the Son of God to be made to die to save ALL mankind! The one who knew no sin to die to save the sinners of the world. Indeed no one can demonstrate such a Greater Love.

The greatest love shown by God the Father and God the Son to deliver us all from Sin and set us up on the path to eternal life in Christ Jesus. What manner of love!

May we walk in this love and also deliver the gospel of Jesus Christ to the world so others may be saved! Show love to someone today!

Thank you Mighty God, thank you Lord Jesus for loving us and bringing us salvation.

May we never turn away from God’s great Love. May the joy with which this love was demonstrated stay with us all the days of our lives as we worship the Most High God and also give this love out to others. Amen.

The Holy Spirit guides us into the Truth

But when He, the Spirit of Truth, comes, He will guide you into all the truth [full and complete truth]. For He will not speak on His own initiative, but He will speak whatever He hears [from the Father—the message regarding the Son], and He will disclose to you what is to come [in the future].

We continue to thank God for His son Jesus Christ and the unending blessing He is. Praise God that when it was time to take Jesus back He didn’t leave us on our own but gave us The Holy Spirit.

The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Truth, to lead and guide us into all Truth. The truth is that God gave us His only begotten son to die to set us free from sin and death. When He died, He resurrected and is seated with the Father in Heaven and that the Holy Spirit with us today speaks what the Father wants us to know.

Do you have the Holy Spirit in you? Connect to Jesus Christ and welcome the Holy Spirit into your life for guidance and leadership into all Truth.

May the Spirit of God speak to us what the Father wants us to know. May the Spirit of Truth lead us into all Truth and guide us through our journey with the Most High God in Jesus Mighty name. Amen.

Connect with Jesus for His Perfect Peace, do not let your heart be troubled

Peace I leave with you; My [perfect] peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your heart be troubled, nor let it be afraid. [Let My perfect peace calm you in every circumstance and give you courage and strength for every challenge.]

The Peace of God passes all understanding, that is what Jesus Christ promised us. We need to connect with Jesus Christ so we can receive the perfect peace that He speaks about.

Perfect Peace from the Lord is available for all those who want to experience it, this peace Jesus promises is not as the peace the world gives us. This is peace that calms our hearts and minds and takes fear away from us.

May you receive the perfect peace that comes from the Lord, the peace that gives us courage and strength for every circumstance. May the peace of God abide with us throughout our lives so we can enjoy God’s calmness no matter the challenge. Amen.

Do not be troubled, Trust in God

“Do not let your heart be troubled (afraid, cowardly). Believe [confidently] in God and trust in Him, [have faith, hold on to it, rely on it, keep going and] believe also in Me.

Do not let your heart be troubled because there is a God who is able to do all things. Today’s scripture urges us to believe in God absolutely without any doubts.

Our Lord Jesus Christ said in the scripture that we should believe in God and also in Him, that places us in a solid position of relying completely on God. Are you believing God and His Son Jesus Christ?

Scripture encourages us to put our trust in the Lord and He will keep us in constant and perfect peace. May this scripture be our portion in Jesus name.
“You will keep in perfect and constant peace the one whose mind is steadfast [that is, committed and focused on You—in both inclination and character], Because he trusts and takes refuge in You [with hope and confident expectation].”

May we have our faith in the Lord, grow from strength to strength, may we not waver in our trust in the Lord. Hold on to the Faith and keep believing God for His perfect and constant peace. He is able to do all things. Amen.

Receive Jesus Christ and Become a Child of God

But to as many as did receive and welcome Him, He gave the right [the authority, the privilege] to become children of God, that is, to those who believe in (adhere to, trust in, and rely on) His name–

Glory and honour be to God for the offer and opportunity to become children of God. May we enjoy the day that the Lord has made.

Receive Christ Jesus by believing that He is the saviour of the World and attain the special status as a Child of God.

God does not have grandchildren (a Child of someone who is a Child of God) so let’s take the ultimate title of Children of God. Just receive Jesus Christ.

Believing is totally relying on Him, placing absolute trust in the Lord and adhering completely to His Word.

God is ready to welcome you and grant you the honour and privilege of becoming a Child of God with full Kingdom rights.

Keep enjoying your status as a child of God.

May we attain this great privilege of being children of God by walking closely with the Most High God. Help us Lord not to stray from trusting you completely and walking with you in Jesus Mighty name.

Let the Word of God Dwell in You, Be filled with the Grace and Truth of God

And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

Praise the Lord!Jesus Christ is Lord! He alone is God and We shall give Him the praise and honour! Thank God for a brand new day, this is the day that the Lord has made and we will rejoice and be glad in it.

And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us. Jesus Christ in our hearts and minds to transform and change our stories and destinies. Yes the destiny changer descended from glory to dwell among us.

His glory is released as He dwells in us, the glory of the Lord be multiplied unto us as we keep His Word in our hearts. May the glory shine forth in our lives and catapult us to greater heights in the name of Jesus.

May we receive Greater grace to do mighty exploits for the Kingdom of God. Grace to preach the truth and unadulterated Word of God.

May the Word that dwells in us fill us with the Lord’s grace and truth, that the glory should begat Grace and truth in our lives. May this encounter be fresh in our lives all the days of our lives in Jesus Mighty name. Amen.

Jesus Christ is the Resurrection and the Life – Believe in Him for eternal life

Jesus said to her, “ I am the Resurrection and the Life. Whoever believes in (adheres to, trusts in, relies on) Me [as Savior] will live even if he dies; and everyone who lives and believes in Me [as Savior] will never die. Do you believe this?”

Glory and honour be unto Jesus for the gift of life, let us be thankful for today and celebrate His goodness.

In today’s scripture Jesus laid down some fundamental Christian principle/guideline/procedure.

Are you looking forward to eternal life through Christ Jesus? If yes, then your option is to believe in Christ Jesus who is the Resurrection and the Life. He made this bold declaration way before His death on the cross. He went to the Cross and overcame death and has made life eternal available to all who will call on His name and believe that He is Lord.

Are you yet to believe in Jesus Christ? You are not too late, now is your moment to embrace life eternal through Christ Jesus. Obtain your “spiritual security and spiritual immortality” by accepting Jesus as your Lord and Personal Saviour. Believe in Jesus Christ and you will never die (Spiritual death).
Make that decision for Christ now!

Jesus says “I am the door, anyone who enters will be saved”

So Jesus said again, “I assure you and most solemnly say to you, I am the Door for the sheep [leading to life]. All who came before Me [as false messiahs and self-appointed leaders] are thieves and robbers, but the [true] sheep did not hear them. I am the Door; anyone who enters through Me will be saved [and will live forever], and will go in and out [freely], and find pasture (spiritual security).

We thanks God for gifting us with Jesus Christ who opened the gates of Salvation to us. In these past few days we have looked at a few of Jesus’ statements ” I am…..”

Today we consider the fact that Jesus Christ is the door to our salvation and therefore we cannot afford missing that entrance. If you need to be in a room and you cannot locate the entrance to the room then you are missing that opportunity to be in the room.

Jesus Christ is the door to our salvation but He has opened this door to all.who want to come in, the key is to accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and personal Saviour and the door is opened to us.

May we enter through the right door that Jesus Christ for our salvation and therefore receive eternal life in Christ Jesus. May this be our portion in Jesus Mighty name. Amen
