Love is Patient, Love is Kind!

Love endures with patience and serenity, love is kind and thoughtful, and is not jealous or envious; love does not brag and is not proud or arrogant. It is not rude; it is not self-seeking, it is not provoked [nor overly sensitive and easily angered]; it does not take into account a wrong endured.
1 CORINTHIANS 13:4‭-‬5 AMP

Glory be to God for this beautiful day, may the joy of His presence abide with us.

The Bible says that Love is the greatest gift everyone must possess. It calls for a lot of restraint and sacrifice to love unconditionally, but Jesus Christ set the example for us.

We often say that but as for Jesus, He is God , that is certainly true but He has through Apostle Paul taken time to teach us what it entails to love in 1 Corinthians 13.

Love is patient, the King James version of the bible says Love is long suffering, literally meaning as you choose to love you may have to endure some suffering and for a long time! We don’t have to be tired in loving.

Don’t give up in loving because Love is kind and thoughtful, always looking at ways to improve others and place a smile on their face.

May we keep loving because Love is not rude, self seeking, jealous , arrogant, not easily provoked and does not take account of wrongdoings. May the Lord help us to Love Unconditionally in Jesus Mighty name, Amen.

Clothe yourself with Kindness,Patience, Compassion and Humility

So, as God’s own chosen people, who are holy [set apart, sanctified for His purpose] and well-beloved [by God Himself], put on a heart of compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience [which has the power to endure whatever injustice or unpleasantness comes, with good temper];
COLOSSIANS 3:12 AMP

Glory be to God for the gift of a brand new day, praise and adoration be unto His holy name.

Today’s scripture forms part of an admonition from Apostle Paul to the church to put on the new self as believers. This means that you can be born again but will not show forth these virtues.

The call therefore is on us who have been sanctified and set apart by the Lord to clothe ourselves with these virtues so that we can stand for God no matter what wind blows towards us.

As a beloved child of God therefore put on the heart of compassion. Let kindness, humility and patience be engraved in your life so that you can stand for Christ even in the face of trials and tribulations.

May the Lord who has separated us unto Himself enable and empower us to be clothed appropriately in His virtues to endure the challenges of this world. Help us Lord in Jesus Mighty name.

Rejoice in Hope, Be Patient in Afflictions and Constant in Prayer

Glory and honour be to the King of Kings for this beautiful day and the gift of life. May our Friday be blessed greatly.

Thanks be to God for the gift of Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit. Without these precious gifts there is no way we can rejoice and be patient during tribulations, it would have prevented us from even praying.

Glory be to God for the Holy Spirit at work in us that empowers us to be able to look ahead in Hope of Christ’s coming. This hope energizes us to go through the challenges of today with fervency and consistency in Prayer that one day we shall be with our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ in the awesome mansions He has prepared in His Father’s house for us.

May the Lord help us to Rejoice in Hope, be steadfast in distress and devoted to Prayer. May we live completely for Christ as our Lord and Saviour. God will definitely come through for us in Jesus Mighty name. Amen.

Wait patiently for the Lord and receive freedom and deliverance

I waited patiently for the Lord ; and he inclined unto me, and heard my cry. He brought me up also out of an horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my goings.
Psalms 40:1‭-‬2 KJV

Glory and honour be to God for this beautiful day and the opportunity to rejoice and be glad in it. Thank you Father for bringing us to the start of the second month of 2023. Happy New Month!

Waiting for the Lord may not be an easy venture but once we are able to wait for God we receive great benefits. King David waited patiently for the Lord and the Lord heard him and delivered him.

As we wait patiently for the Lord, May we receive a lifting up from any form of miry clay that is holding us back. The Lord will come through for us as we wait patiently for Him to bring us out of any horrible pit and set us up on the rock.

May we not give up during the period of trials and challenges but continue to trust in God and wait patiently till He comes through. God will hear our cry.

May the Lord hear and answer us as we wait patiently for Him. May He set our feet firmly upon a rock and establish our path.
May the Lord place a new song of praise in our mouth.Amen

Finding Hope in God’s Word as we Wait Patiently for Him

I wait [patiently] for the Lord , my soul [expectantly] waits, And in His word do I hope.
PSALM 130:5 AMP

Praise and glory to our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ for this beautiful day. May greater grace abound in your life throughout this day.

Let us agree with the Psalmist that we shall wait patiently for the Lord. His Word is ye and amen, what he has said He will do.

The Lord is our refuge and banner, it is in Him we live and move and have our being so our trust and hope shall continually be in Him. There may be challenging times that may look like drowning us but let us continue to wait for God, He will come through for us.

May the Word of the Lord be our anchor! May we continue to place our hope in His matchless Word! May we not run ahead of God’s Word only to miss our way.May we always find refuge in His Word. Praise Jesus!Amen.

Be Humble, Gentle and Patient, bearing with one another in Love

with all humility [forsaking self-righteousness], and gentleness [maintaining self-control], with patience, bearing with one another in [unselfish] love.
EPHESIANS 4:2 AMP

Hallelujah to the King of Kings for this beautiful day, rejoice and celebrate His goodness today.

Praise God for the life of Apostle Paul, a great charge to the Ephesus church and by extension to us today.

Child of God, live a life worthy of the calling of God. God should be proud that this is my son or daughter. This certainly will depend on how we live and interact with others.

Have respect for each person so that in our interactions Love becomes paramount, in this we need to be humble as in some cases we would have to “step down” a little to be able to show love.

We need to be gentle in our interactions, that portrays the respect we show towards people. Be patient with one another, this is a virtue we must possess at all times even in the midst of challenges.

Our ability to live with all people in the manner advised by Apostle Paul will bring great peace and joy to all mankind and the world will be a better place.

May the Grace of God enable us to walk with humility, gentleness and patience so we can love one another. May we live as ambassadors of Christ in this journey in Jesus Mighty name. Amen.
