Wait upon the Lord for new Strength and renew your Power

But those who wait for the Lord [who expect, look for, and hope in Him] Will gain new strength and renew their power; They will lift up their wings [and rise up close to God] like eagles [rising toward the sun]; They will run and not become weary, They will walk and not grow tired.

Praise, glory and honour be unto God for this bright and beautiful day, may the joy of the Lord be with you throughout the day.

Wait upon the Lord! Seek the face of the Lord in all things so you can receive His guidance and direction.

The scripture says that as we wait on the Lord we receive supernatural strength and ability to do things which our ordinary strength cannot do.

Mounting up with wings as eagles, running and not getting weary, walking and not getting tired both physically and spiritually are the benefits we obtain from waiting on the Lord.

May we continually wait on the Lord to receive supernatural strength and power to conquer and excel on all fronts. May grace locate us to lift us up to do exploits for the Kingdom of God in Jesus Mighty name. Amen.

Don’t give up, renew your Inner Man daily

Therefore we do not become discouraged [spiritless, disappointed, or afraid]. Though our outer self is [progressively] wasting away, yet our inner self is being [progressively] renewed day by day.
2 CORINTHIANS 4:16 AMP

Thanks be to God for this beautiful day and the opportunity to rejoice and be glad in it.

Praise be to God for the gift of Jesus Christ who came to die and give our inner man a new life. Our connection with Jesus Christ gives us a brand new spirit. This is what makes the difference in our lives now.

Apostle Paul intimated in today’s scripture that it is possible that one may be ageing or growing weary physically but we should not be going in the same direction spiritually. Our inner man or our spiritual lives should be growing and enlarging rather. We should be renewing our inner man daily as we connect to Jesus Christ in our worship, praise, prayer and study of His Word.

May the Lord help us to stay spiritually active all the time even when our physical bodies are not responding positively, may nothing separate us from the worship and praise of our Most High God. May our inner self be renewed and refreshed daily in Jesus Mighty name. Amen.
