Receiving the Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation for the deep and true knowledge of God

[I always pray] that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may grant you a spirit of wisdom and of revelation [that gives you a deep and personal and intimate insight] into the true knowledge of Him [for we know the Father through the Son].
Ephesians 1:17 AMP

Glory be to God for this beautiful day and the opportunity to rejoice and be glad in it.

The Apostle Paul wrote this scripture to the Church at Ephesus, his desire was for the Ephesians to maintain their intimate relationship with the Lord.

Apostle Paul’s prayer for the church then is very relevant to us today, that we may receive the Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation that will give us a deep understanding of God. We need that personal revelation of God as individuals to grow in our walk with the Lord.

May this be our desire always to stay connected to Jesus Christ, for without Him we are seriously handicapped.

May our Lord Jesus Christ the Father of Glory grant us a Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation for a deep, intimate and personal insight into the true knowledge of God our Father in Jesus Mighty name. Amen.

True Humility and Fear of God leads to Riches,Honour and Life

The reward of humility [that is, having a realistic view of one’s importance] and the [reverent, worshipful] fear of the Lord Is riches, honor, and life.
PROVERBS 22:4 AMP

Praise and Glory be to God for this beautiful day and the opportunity to rejoice and be glad in it.

Thanks be to God for His Word today, it is simple and clear. Fear the Lord, that is give full reverence to the Most High God. The Fear of the Lord will cause you to walk according to the Word of God. All worship and adoration goes to Him alone.

Humility is also an important virtue or ingredient that a child of God must possess. Do not see yourself highly placed than others, humility will require eschewing any form of pride.

May Jehovah God Almighty be our portion, May we walk in true humility and the Fear of the Lord. May His Word that rewards the fear of the Lord and humility with Riches, Honour and Life be ours now and forever more in Jesus Mighty name. Amen.
