Victory Through Christ Jesus

but thanks be to God, who gives us the victory [as conquerors] through our Lord Jesus Christ.

Praise be to God for this beautiful day and the gift of life. May we cultivate the joy of the Lord available for today.

Our victory in this world comes from the Lord alone! Can we sing Todd Dulaney’s “Victory belongs to Jesus”. Of a truth no one can stand our God and no one will be able to stop Him.

We have victory in the name of Jesus Christ over every situation because Christ Jesus nailed them to the cross. Bible says that the horse is ready for battle but victory is from the Lord (Proverbs 21:31).

Today’s scripture points to the fact that it is only God who gives us victory over sin and death, this is indeed both physical and spiritual victory.

May the Lord grant you victory on every side as you trust in Him with all your heart. Remain victorious in Christ Jesus’ Mighty name, Amen.

Faith will overcome if we wait for the Lord

By faith Joseph, when he was dying, referred to [the promise of God for] the exodus of the sons of Israel [from Egypt], and gave instructions concerning [the burial of] his bones [in the land of the promise]. By faith Moses, after his birth, was hidden for three months by his parents, because they saw he was a beautiful and divinely favored child; and they were not afraid of the king’s (Pharaoh’s) decree.

Hallelujah and Glory be to God for this beautiful day and the opportunity to rejoice and be glad in it.

Thank God for His Word today, Hebrews 11 is the Faith Hall of Fame with the giants of Faith listed together with their faith exploits.

We thank God for Joseph’s life, against the hatred of his brothers and the difficult encounter with Mrs Potiphar still believed that one day God will come through.

God came through for Joseph on a foreign land and he saved his family during a great famine. His faith in God’s promises led him to leave instructions about his burial when he was about dying, he believed firmly in God’s promises. What are you believing God for, keep trusting for it is never late when God is involved.

May our Faith in Christ Jesus and the Word of God never waver because of current circumstances. May we hold on to the promises of God and receive them in Jesus Mighty name. Amen

Quick to hear, Slow to speak and Slow to anger

Understand this, my beloved brothers and sisters. Let everyone be quick to hear [be a careful, thoughtful listener], slow to speak [a speaker of carefully chosen words and], slow to anger [patient, reflective, forgiving];

Praise God for the blessings of a brand new day and the opportunity to rejoice and be glad in it.

Thank God for His Word today, Apostle James is sharing some practical words with us. Be quick to hear requires us to show keen interest in people when they are speaking so we can receive and understand what they are saying. Some elders have said, we were given 2 ears so we can hear well and quickly!

Likewise we have just one mouth so we need to properly process what we say, in that manner, we do not rush to speak. The scripture says that we should be slow to speak. We should be speakers of carefully chosen words, words that edify our hearers. Hallelujah!

Be slow to anger. This requires us to be patient in all situations, being reflective of the fact that Christ died to forgive us so we can forgive others too. We need to consciously make an effort to overcome this. The Lord is our help.

May Jehovah help us to live Christlike lives in Jesus Mighty name. Our lifestyles are the gospel that others read, may it draw them to the Lord. Amen.

The Lord shall Fight your Battles

The Lord will fight for you while you [only need to] keep silent and remain calm.”

The Lord is our rock of ages!
The Lord is our refuge!
The Lord is our shield!
The Lord is our defence!
The Lord is our fortress!
The Lord is our guard!
The Lord is our shelter!
The Lord is our dwelling place, our guard and guide!
As we accept the Lord as our personal saviour and Lord, He takes charge over our lives and fights our battles for us. The child of God is the apple of God’s eye and He jealously guards what is dear to Him.
The child of God abides under the shadow of the Almighty and soars on His eagle’s wings. You are therefore encouraged surrender your life to Jesus Christ and receive the spiritual backing.
It is in the Lord that we live, move and have our being.
Father Lord fight all our battles for us and don’t let the enemy make you his tool of exploitation. Remain covered with the armoury of the Lord. Nice day.

A Clean Heart and the Right Spirit

Create in me a clean heart, O God, And renew a right and steadfast spirit within me.
(PSALM 51:10 AMP)
The bible says if we confess our sins God is just and righteous to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. The might King David acknowledged that and went to God when he realised he had out of God’s ways.
This is a great privilege we have as children of God, God is ready to restore us to our position in Christ in case we stumble and fall.
What is required of us is acknowledge our sinful state and with a repentant and contrite heart come to the Lord for forgiveness and restoration.
May we not remain in sin because of pride or shyness but come boldly to the throne of Grace to obtain mercy and help.
May the Lord fix a clean heart and renew the right Spirit within us in Jesus Mighty name. Sing the song ” Create in me a clean heart Oo Lord and renew the right Spirit within me. Cast me not away from thy presence ooh Lord🎼🎵🎶…..”

Give Thanks and Praise to God!

Thanksgiving is the key to opening the gates of the Most High God. Let’s continue to operate with this great key, as we combine thanksgiving with Praise we move from the gates to the courts of God. We are entering the VAULT of God so we use the key of Thanksgiving and the combination of Praise and we land into the treasury of the Most High God.

We shall forever acknowledge the goodness of the Lord for sparing His only son Jesus Christ to die in our place and bring us to a worthy place.
Glory, Hallelujah be unto your name. We cannot thank you enough Most High God for setting our feet on higher grounds and filling our mouths with laughter and joy.
We adore you and appreciate you so much for the gift of Jesus Christ that has made us conquerors and over-comers! The blood of Jesus Christ has made us victorious on every side and a new song has been placed on our lips.
Forever o Lord we are grateful for taking hold of our hands and leading us by the paths of righteousness.
