As we step into this fresh season, today’s scripture reminds us of the tender heart of our Lord as the Good Shepherd. He does not drive His people harshly, but lovingly feeds, gathers, carries, and gently leads us through every season of life.
No matter what you are facing, remember that you are not abandoned. You are safe in His arms, close to His heart. He knows your weakness and your need for rest, and He promises to sustain you with His strength and care.
Let us trust in His gentle guidance, walk in His peace, and rejoice in the assurance that we belong to His flock forever.
Lord, thank You for being my Great Shepherd. Teach me to reflect Your heart and make me a good shepherd after Your kind, caring for others with love, leading with gentleness, guiding with wisdom, and serving with compassion. Amen.
