Do Not Be Weary in Doing Good

“Let us not grow weary or become discouraged in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap, if we do not give in.”
Galatians 6:9 (AMP)

Praise and honour be to God for this beautiful day. May His joy remain with us throughout today.

The great apostle Paul admonished the Galatians, and this same word speaks to us today: keep doing good. It’s not a one-time act; it is a lifestyle. We are not to do good once and then relax or retreat, we are to keep at it.

Do not grow tired or weary in doing good: in showing love, in helping, in giving, in supporting, and in assisting others. Continue to bless lives, even when it seems unnoticed or unappreciated.

This scripture teaches us that our focus should not be on receiving rewards or recognition from people. Instead, we must do good from the heart, as unto the Lord. It is God who sees in secret who will reward us at the appointed time. Don’t stop, don’t give up, and don’t grow weary.

May Jehovah reward you and smile upon you as you continue to be a blessing to others. May we receive fresh strength daily to keep doing good, in Jesus’ Mighty Name.

Do good, seek justice, resist the oppressor and plead the cause of the vulnerable

“Learn to do good; Seek justice, Rebuke the oppressor; Defend the fatherless, Plead for the widow.”
— Isaiah 1:17 (NKJV)

Glory and honour be unto God for this beautiful day and the opportunity to rejoice and be glad in it!

Through the Prophet Isaiah, God touches on profound responsibilities that are still incredibly relevant today. We live in a world where it’s easy to become consumed with our own needs and desires. But the Word of God calls us to learn to do good, to seek justice, resist oppression and to plead the cause of the vulnerable.

As followers of Christ, our faith must go beyond personal devotion, it must reflect God’s love in action. The justice and compassion He desires are not optional; they are integral to our walk with Him.

The love of God, shown most fully in Jesus Christ’s sacrificial death for all, compels us to care for the fatherless and the widow, those closest to God’s own heart. God is described as a Father to the fatherless and a Defender of widows (Psalm 68:5), and as His children, we are called to mirror that care and compassion in our own lives.

We are also called to rebuke the oppressor, to stand against injustice, to challenge systems and individuals who exploit or abuse others, and to be bold in defending what is right. Silence in the face of oppression is not neutral; it contradicts the justice God demands.

May the Lord empower us to live according to His Word. May we be vessels of His justice and love—defending the weak, standing up for what is right, and doing good in all circumstances. May we never overlook the needs of the fatherless and the widows, but always extend the hand of Christ to them.

Taste and See that the Lord is good

O taste and see that the Lord [our God] is good; How blessed [fortunate, prosperous, and favored by God] is the man who takes refuge in Him.

Glory and adoration be to God for this beautiful day and the opportunity to rejoice and be glad in it.

God is good! God is good! God is good! If you have not experienced it yet, this is a special invitation to get Jesus Christ into your life and enjoy God’s goodness.

Taste and see that the Lord is good…entrust your life to Him, give Him full control and let Him lead, you will experience things falling into pleasant places for you.

God is our everything we want Him to be in every situation. Our very present help in time of need. God is our healer,deliverer,strength, provider,sustainer, saviour, rock, shelter and many more as you desire.

He is an excellent God, whatever He presides over ends well so let us give Him charge of our lives and receive His divine shelter and protection. As we take refuge in Him, we experience how blessed and favoured we are.

May the joy of the Lord continue to rest with us all the days of our lives.

May our testimony about Jesus attract many to Him. May we all come to Jesus Christ to taste of His goodness and proclaim to the world in Jesus Mighty name. Amen.

Complete the Race by testifying of the Good News of Jesus Christ

But I do not consider my life as something of value or dear to me, so that I may [with joy] finish my course and the ministry which I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify faithfully of the good news of God’s [precious, undeserved] grace [which makes us free of the guilt of sin and grants us eternal life].

Hallelujah! Apostle Paul makes a statement of intent which should be running through the veins of every child of God. We glorify God for this beautiful day, let the joy of the Lord be with us.

Today’s scripture tells us that the Most significant thing to do as a child of God is to be preaching the good news of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. The Apostle Paul says he must complete the assignment and ministry entrusted to him by preaching the good news to set others free from sin.

This is the example that the Apostle has set for us to follow, that we shall continually preach the gospel of Jesus Christ to the world with joy. This calls for great sacrifice no wonder the Apostle Paul said he considers his life nothing compared to the assignment and ministry of Jesus Christ entrusted to him.

Have we availed ourselves for this assignment? This is the single most important assignment we need to strive to pursue, God be our help!

May we be instruments of God’s love to preach His gospel to all till His coming. May we complete the Master’s assignment. God be our help. God bless you loads.

All Things Working Together for my Good

And we know [with great confidence] that God [who is deeply concerned about us] causes all things to work together [as a plan] for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to His plan and purpose.
ROMANS 8:28 AMP

Glory and honour be to the name of the Lord for gifting us with a brand new day.It is working for our good!

All things work together for our good because God is the architect and brain behind it.

Do you love God? Are you one of His called? That is the starting point of God working things out for you! Get into God’s plan by accepting Jesus as your Lord and Personal Saviour. This places you in God’s plan.

The scripture states that ALL THINGS are working together for your good, It is a plan that God is unfolding, definitely it will end very well. Certain tough times may be learning points towards this glorious end.

Any fire or water you may be passing through now is just preparing you to fully enjoy the Plan and Purposes of God concerning your life. They are temporal and God has given you the capacity to handle. He is working it out for your good, it will show!

May we continue loving God and walking in His plan, May ALL THINGS be orchestrated together for our good by the Heavenly Father in Jesus Mighty name. May we experience the joy of the Lord in all spheres of our lives. Amen.

God Works in us for His good pleasure

For it is [not your strength, but it is] God who is effectively at work in you, both to will and to work [that is, strengthening, energizing, and creating in you the longing and the ability to fulfill your purpose] for His good pleasure.

Thanks be to God that He works in the lives of those who have surrendered their lives to Him. Have you surrendered your life to Jesus? This is the right time to do so before it becomes too late.

Once our lives are in God’s hands, He takes charge and is very interested in what we do. It means that Christ empowers us to deliver and our will is influenced by Him. If our will is influenced by the Most High God, our steps become godly directed.

May God be the director of our lives, may we be sensitive to the direction and promptings of God. May His strength be made perfect in us in Jesus Mighty name. Amen.

Fight the Good Fight of Faith and take hold of Eternal Life

Fight the good fight of the faith [in the conflict with evil]; take hold of the eternal life to which you were called, and [for which] you made the good confession [of faith] in the presence of many witnesses.
1 TIMOTHY 6:12 AMP

Glory and honour be to God for a brand new day, May His presence be with us this day. Celebrate the goodness of the Lord.

The Apostle Paul admonishes young Timothy that it is important to stay in the faith after all is said and done. Fight the good fight of Faith! There are so many things that compete for our attention and it is important that we keep our eyes firmly on Jesus. Focus on the author and finisher of our Faith.

The preceding verse to the above scripture clearly charges the believer to flee from all appearances of sin and pursue righteousness, faith, love, steadfastness and gentleness.

There should be no room to compromise on the salvation we have received when we boldly declared our position in Christ Jesus. Fight the good fight of Faith till the very end so we can take hold of eternal life through Christ Jesus.

May the Lord energise us to pursue this fight relentlessly. May we continue fighting the good fight of Faith till the coming of the Lord, holding on to the eternal life in Christ Jesus in Jesus Mighty name. Amen

Receive an angelic visitation with Good news

Luke 2:9-10 NKJV
[9] And behold, an angel of the Lord stood before them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were greatly afraid. [10] Then the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid, for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy which will be to all people.

Thanks be to God that the birth of Jesus Christ has brought so much joy to our world and to us as individuals.

The angel of the Lord appears to the shepherds at a time they least expected and therefore they were startled. The angel told them not to be afraid for he was bringing them good news. May we also receive this good news.

Also with the angels visit, the glory of God shone around the shepherds, a wonderful experience and encounter they received.

May the glory of God shine forth in your life as you receive angelic visitation. May this visit bring you everlasting joy and glad tidings because of the encounter with Jesus Christ. Hallelujah! Amen.

God will perfect and complete His good work in you

I am convinced and confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will [continue to] perfect and complete it until the day of Christ Jesus [the time of His return].

Our God is an amazing God and His works are awesome. Whatever He speaks comes to pass just like the creation of the universe and of man.

The scripture for the day therefore is reminding us that God will continue to mould and work on us till the 2nd coming of the Lord. That the Lord will perfect and complete His work in us till Christ Jesus comes.

This means that as we surrender our lives to Jesus Christ, His marvellous deeds will be found in us, we shall do exploits under His tutelage, we shall conquer and overcome in His name.

As Christ Jesus works in us there is no option of giving up or backsliding, His Strength is made perfect in our weaknesses. Let’s therefore keep holding on till the day of the Lord.

May Christ Jesus perfect and complete His work in every sphere of our lives. May we experience His awesome power and presence now and forever more in Jesus Mighty name. Amen.

Turn away from evil and do good; Be a peace maker

‭Psalms‬ ‭34:14‬ ‭AMP‬
[14] Turn away from evil and do good; Seek peace and pursue it.

Glory and honour be unto God for this beautiful day and the opportunity to rejoice and be glad in it.

We thank God for today and His Word which admonishes us to separate ourselves from sin which leads to eternal death. The scripture further says that after separating from sin we should do good.

The second part of today’s scripture says we should seek peace and pursue it. This means that we need to do all that is within our means to ensure that there is peace. Scripture tells us to pursue peace with all men, without which no one can see God (Hebrews 12:14). Therefore for us to see God let us separate ourselves from sin and pursue peace with all men, at times the people we are seeking peace with will make it difficult but we need to continually pursue peace.

May the Lord help us to separate ourselves from evil and do good. May He enable us to seek peace and pursue it with all men no matter the cost so we will the day of the Lord. Amen.
