Return genuinely to the Lord with all your heart

We thank God that He is caring, when we mess up and go our own ways, He cuddles us and offers us the position of sons and daughters again. An amazing Father and God we have.

The Lord is calling for us to turn from our own ways (wicked and wayward) and come to Him with our hearts and minds completely renewed towards Him. He is ready to receive us into His marvellous light.

Exodus 34:6 talks about God being long suffering and slow to anger, abounding in mercy, this is why we are not consumed immediately we sin but have the opportunity to repent from our sins.

Restore unto us the joy of our salvation and renew the right Spirit within us, cast me not away from your presence O Lord .

Most High God as we come to you with all our heart, forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Welcome us and offer us a place of honour in your Kingdom in Jesus Mighty name. Amen.

Reconciliation of the Hearts of the Parents and the Children

And he will turn The hearts of the fathers to the children, And the hearts of the children to their fathers, Lest I come and strike the earth with a curse.”
Malachi 4:6 NKJV

Glory and honour be to God for this beautiful day and the opportunity to rejoice and be glad in it.

In today’s scripture the Prophet Malachi was talking about the coming of the Lord for which it was important for all to prepare. In the chapter he referred to John the Baptist who was preparing the Israelites to receive Jesus.

Today’s message is relevant to the 2nd coming of the Lord and it is important that we are all prepared. The scripture admonishes Fathers to reach out to their children and likewise to the children. This process is to sort out any challenges and fully reconcile.

The hearts of the Fathers or parents must turn to their children and likewise the Hearts of the children also must turn to their fathers or parents. Just as our heavenly father has forgiven us so do fathers/parents and children do same and patch up all differences.

May the Lord grant great grace to all parents to reach out to their children and demonstrate God’s love. May all children rise to honour their parents in Jesus Mighty name. Amen

A New Heart and a New Spirit from God

Moreover, I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you, and I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh.

Glory and honour be unto God for this beautiful day and the opportunity to celebrate the King of Kings.

Restoration! God was offering restoration to the Israelites in this piece of scripture. Same is available to us today once we surrender our lives to Jesus Christ.

He is giving us a brand new heart and a New Spirit and taking the heart of stone from us. The stubbornness and the seared conscience that comes from the heart of stone is taken away and replaced with a heart that gravitates towards God almighty and filled with the Love of God.

May the new heart and the Spirit of God placed at our disposal be warmly embraced to effect transformation in our lives and bring us to God’s salvation.

May we wholly receive this precious offer of restoration and come to the Most High God.

May we abide in the Lord till His coming. May we enjoy God’s presence and experience His goodness as contained in His Word. Remain blessed greatly in Jesus Mighty name. Amen.

Scripture is telling us that we should allow the Peace of Christ Jesus, the peace that passes all understanding to reign and rule in our hearts.

This peace should be the controlling factor in our lives, once it rules in our hearts, it should be directing our lives. That calmness and serenity should be seen in our lives. Those we come into contact with us should experience that peace of Christ.

May the peace of Christ reign forever in our hearts to make our lives impacting to those we come into contact with. May the Lord help us to accomplish His purposes in Jesus Mighty name. Amen

Jesus Christ continued His teachings when the Pharisees approached Him with the intention of tricking Him with the question “which is the greatest commandment in the law”?

Jesus Christ already knew their intent so responded accurately by the power and wisdom of God using the words in today’s scriptures.

The greatest commandment therefore is TO LOVE GOD with all your heart, soul and mind. After this Love your neighbour as yourself.

Lord, we love you with all our hearts, souls and minds, help us to remain loving You and also to love our neighbours unconditionally. May we never cease to love God and our neighbours all the days of our lives in Jesus Mighty name,Amen.

God delights in our affairs and it is a blessing to have the Most High God in our affairs. We should therefore consider as a privilege any opportunity we get to do something for someone.

The scripture says that we should do it as if we are doing it unto the Lord. It should be done wholeheartedly and with joy and gladness. For it is the Lord who rewards our work, we should therefore not be quick to please men.

More so the rewards that come from the Lord are eternal and include foremost our inheritance into the Kingdom of the Most High God. Awesome rewards!

May all our work be done as unto the Lord! May the work we do for others with joy be credited as done for God. May our heavenly account be massively populated because of the services we render unto others and the church of the Most High God. Amen.

Jesus Christ is knocking on the door of your heart

‘Behold, I stand at the door [of the church] and continually knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him (restore him), and he with Me.
REVELATION 3:20 AMP

Glory, honour and adoration be to God for this beautiful day, may the joy of the Lord be with you throughout this day.

We thank God for His desire for all to be saved. He gave His only begotten son to die to set us free from sin and death. This morning His Word says that He is standing at the door of your heart and knocking.

He is knocking because He wants to come in, have you responded to Him? May we be sensitive to know that God is at our heart’s entrance seeking to enter and take charge of our hearts and lives.

He requires our opening of the door of our hearts to Him so He comes in to dwell permanently. The bible says that He will come in and dine with us, our well being will become His priority.

May we Open up our hearts today and welcome Jesus into our lives. May we encounter His transformation. May the Lord help us to heed to His call.

Your actions and speech tell what is in your heart

The [intrinsically] good man produces what is good and honorable and moral out of the good treasure [stored] in his heart; and the [intrinsically] evil man produces what is wicked and depraved out of the evil [in his heart]; for his mouth speaks from the overflow of his heart.

This is a Word by our Lord Jesus Christ during His earthly ministry. The previous verses talk about the type of tree determines the type of fruit that is produced. A good tree bears good fruit.

Today’s scripture confirms this by saying that a good person produces good things because it is coming from a good heart. The good heart produces what is honourable, moral and good. A good heart is one that has Jesus Christ as the ruler and Master. Surrender your life to Him so He rules over your heart.

Likewise the evil or bad things do come from what we conceive in our heart, what is being produced determines the state of our hearts. What are the things that are flowing from your heart?

May our hearts and minds be fully possessed by the Holy Spirit and the Most High God. May our hearts produce only good, moral and honourable things to the glory of God. Amen

Praise God for the blessings of a brand new day, we will rejoice and be glad in it.

This is the prayer of King David and it is important that all of us as believers pray that kind of prayer. It is a prayer of full dedication to the Most High God. Complete surrender of our lives to the King of Glory.

Father as your children, we come before your throne and ask that you cleanse and purge us of any sin that will contaminate us and separate us from you.

We join King David to pray that let the words of our mouth and the meditation of our hearts be acceptable to you. Let the words that we speak minister grace to the hearers and bring transformation to lives.

Help us O Lord that our hearts and minds will only process things that will please you and are acceptable to you. May your grace help us to do this in Jesus Mighty name. Amen.

God the Rock and Strength of my Heart

My flesh and my heart may fail, But God is the rock and strength of my heart and my portion forever.
PSALM 73:26 AMP

Praise be to the Most High God for beautiful day and the last day of the year 2021. We will rejoice and be glad in it.

Our flesh will always fail us, we cannot do much on our own. We are limited in how far we can reach using our strength and abilities.

God in the picture makes a great difference, therefore if we will make God the strength of our hearts, we shall receive supernatural power to overcome and conquer territories for the Lord especially as we close 2021 today and step into 2022 with the Lord.

May the Lord be the Rock of our hearts and our portion for life. May we not fail like the flesh does! Help us Lord to remain connected to you all the days of our lives in Jesus Mighty name. Amen.
