The Lord Your Keeper

The LORD is your keeper; the LORD is your shade at your right hand.
PSALM 121:5 NKJV

We give thanks to God for the gift of a brand-new day and the blessing of stepping into a new month filled with His mercy, favour, and protection. Happy new month!

Today’s scripture reminds us of the powerful truth that God Himself is our Keeper. He watches over us with unfailing love, guards our steps with divine precision, and surrounds us with His ever-present protection. His covering does not fade with time, seasons, or circumstances, He keeps us continually.

When the psalmist calls the Lord our shade at our right hand, it paints a picture of God standing close, sheltering us from the intense heat of life’s trials. His presence provides comfort, covering, and assurance. Every moment of this month and beyond, He remains faithful to preserve, guide, and uphold you.

Beloved, step into this new month with confidence. You are held, covered, and kept by the Almighty.

Father, thank You for being our Keeper and shade. As we journey through this new month, watch over us , protect our going out and coming in, and let Your peace fill our heart. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Keep God’s Word Close to Your Heart

“Fix these words of mine in your hearts and minds; tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads.”
DEUTERONOMY 11:18 NIV

Glory, honour and thanksgiving be unto the Lord for this beautiful new day He has blessed us with. It is indeed a privilege to be alive and to walk in His light.

Today’s scripture reminds us that the Word of God is not just to be heard but to be stored deeply in our hearts and minds. God instructs His children to carry His Word everywhere, written on their hearts, guiding their thoughts, and visible in their actions.

To “tie them on your hands” means that whatever you do should be influenced by His Word. To “bind them on your foreheads” means that your thoughts and decisions should always align with His truth. A believer rooted in the Word of God will not be easily swayed by temptations, confusion, or worldly distractions.

Beloved, make a conscious effort today to memorize, meditate, and live out God’s Word. Let it shape your lifestyle on campus, at work, at home, and in every relationship. When His Word is rooted in you, your life will radiate His wisdom, strength, and peace.

God’s Word must move from our Bibles into our hearts, minds, and actions.

Father, write Your Word upon my heart and mind. Let it guide my thoughts, my words, and my actions daily. Help me to live by Your Word and never depart from it in Jesus’ name, Amen.

God is Faithful to Keep His Covenant

“Know therefore that the Lord your God, He is God, the faithful God, who is keeping His covenant and His [steadfast] lovingkindness to a thousand generations with those who love Him and keep His commandments.”
Deuteronomy 7:9 (AMP)

Praise the Lord for the gift of a new day. Thank you, Father, for your faithfulness and unfailing love.

The Lord our God is not just God, He is the faithful God. He keeps His covenant of love to a thousand generations for those who love Him and obey His Word. What a powerful assurance we have in His unchanging nature!

In a world where promises are easily broken, God remains true. His Word never fails. If you love Him and keep His commandments, you are part of that enduring covenant.

So today, let this truth anchor your soul: God sees you, remembers you, and will never forget His promises to you.

Faithful God, we thank You for Your steadfast love and covenant promises. Help us to walk in obedience and remain rooted in love for You. May our lives reflect our trust in Your unfailing Word. Keep us faithful, even as You are faithful, in Jesus’ Mighty Name. Amen.

Sowing and reaping is a principle of God we must keep in mind

‭Hosea‬ ‭10:12‬ ‭AMP‬
[12] Sow with a view to righteousness [that righteousness, like seed, may germinate]; Reap in accordance with mercy and lovingkindness. Break up your uncultivated ground, For it is time to seek and search diligently for the Lord [and to long for His blessing] Until He comes to rain righteousness and His gift of salvation on you.

Glory be to God for this beautiful day and the opportunity to rejoice and be glad in it.

The scripture from Hosea is telling us that we will reap what we sow. Therefore if we are looking forward to reap righteousness our seeds sown must be same else the fruits will be different.

The time for us to seek the Lord is NOW! We should seek the Kingdom of God and its righteousness and all others shall be added unto us. The Prophet Hosea says that we must break our uncultivated land, that seek for God’s Righteousness and look forward to reap righteousness, mercy and salvation.

May the Lord answer us when we seek Him for Salvation and Righteousness. May our seeds sown reap God’s mercy and lovingkindness all the days of our lives in Jesus Mighty name.Amen

Remember the Sabbath and keep it Holy

Exodus 20:8 NKJV
[8] “Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy.

Praise and glory be to God for this beautiful day and the opportunity to rejoice and be glad in it.

Today’s scripture is part of the 10 commandments Moses received on Mount Sinai. The focus is to ensure that as we work, we make time to rest and recharge.

The scripture admonishes us to keep the Sabbath holy, we should make time for God. Separating ourselves for the Master’s use and living for God should be our preoccupation.

May the Lord help us to live completely for Christ as we separate ourselves from sin and live a godly and upright life that glorifies the Lord in Jesus Mighty name. May we live as holy vessels unto the Lord now and forever more in Jesus Mighty name. Amen
