Christ Jesus laid down His life for us as an example; Love others

By this we know [and have come to understand the depth and essence of His precious] love: that He [willingly] laid down His life for us [because He loved us]. And we ought to lay down our lives for the believers.

Glory and adoration be unto God for this beautiful day and the opportunity to rejoice and be glad in it.

The Love of the Father gave His only begotten son to die to set us free from sin and death. The Love of Christ Jesus for us also made Him obedient to His Father’s call to die to save man.

These acts of Love are deep and precious and sets a great example for us as believers. The Love of the Father and the Son have been given to us so we in turn can love our fellow believers.

Thank you Father for your Great love and the love of your Son Jesus Christ. May this Love fill our hearts and overflow so others may experience the Love of God through us. Make us instruments of your Love in Jesus Mighty name. Amen.
