Meditate on the Honourable, Praise Worthy, Pure and Excellent Things confirmed by God’s Word

Finally, believers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable and worthy of respect, whatever is right and confirmed by God’s word, whatever is pure and wholesome, whatever is lovely and brings peace, whatever is admirable and of good repute; if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think continually on these things [center your mind on them, and implant them in your heart].

Praise, Glory and honour be unto God for this beautiful day. May we celebrate His goodness today in a special way.

Today, Apostle Paul is speaking to us directly like he did to the church at Philippi so many years ago. The words are so relevant today, May be even more than the time he gave this charge.

Let us strive to do these, the things that are of good reports and are praiseworthy should be associated with us. The Apostle Paul made himself as an example to the people. May we learn from him and be examples to our generation. May our minds be that green pastures that only nurture things!

As the scriptures(James 1:17) tell us that every good and perfect gift comes from the Father above, we should know that all the virtues listed in Philippians 4:8 are from God our Father and should be held in high esteem.

May the Lord help us to live according to His Word, May our meditation and our minds stay on the things that are praiseworthy, pure, excellent and confirmed by God’s Word in Jesus Mighty name. Amen.

Remember and meditate on the Works of God

I will [solemnly] remember the deeds of the Lord ; Yes, I will [wholeheartedly] remember Your wonders of old. I will meditate on all Your works And thoughtfully consider all Your [great and wondrous] deeds.

Praise, Glory, honour and adoration be to God for this beautiful day and the opportunity to rejoice and be glad in it.

Remember the Lord and His mighty works! This has been repeated a number of times in the Bible. Its foundation is to bring appreciation home to us. It is when you remember something that you consider its benefits to you.

Remember the awesome works of the Lord and meditate on them. Remember that the entire universe was created by this great God, meditate on His greatness.

Remember that God gave His only begotten son to die to set us free from sin and death, meditate on this great deed that has brought salvation and eternal life in Christ Jesus to all mankind.

Father we acknowledge your great and wondrous works, we remember your amazing deeds and upon meditation we say you alone are God and there is none like you. Continue to reign in your majesty our great and amazing God. Glory, honour and adoration be unto your name now and forever more in Jesus Mighty name. Amen.

Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart Be acceptable and pleasing in Your sight, O Lord , my [firm, immovable] rock and my Redeemer.

Praise God for the blessings of a brand new day, we will rejoice and be glad in it.

This is the prayer of King David and it is important that all of us as believers pray that kind of prayer. It is a prayer of full dedication to the Most High God. Complete surrender of our lives to the King of Glory.

Father as your children, we come before your throne and ask that you cleanse and purge us of any sin that will contaminate us and separate us from you.

We join King David to pray that let the words of our mouth and the meditation of our hearts be acceptable to you. Let the words that we speak minister grace to the hearers and bring transformation to lives.

Help us O Lord that our hearts and minds will only process things that will please you and are acceptable to you. May your grace help us to do this in Jesus Mighty name. Amen.
