A generous person shall prosper and be watered

The generous man [is a source of blessing and] shall be prosperous and enriched, And he who waters will himself be watered [reaping the generosity he has sown].

Praise God for this beautiful day, we have the opportunity to worship and praise the Most High God. Hallelujah.

Thank God for His Word which is ye and amen, Genesis 8:22 tells us that seedtime and harvest shall never cease as long as this earth remains. This word is confirmed and amplified by today’s scripture.

Our giving is not only restricted to our financial resources but everything God has endowed us with. Your skills, counsel, kindness, encouragement are but a few you can use to bless others.

He who sows is the generous person, one who has allowed himself to be a source of blessing to others. That is the person the bible says will be watered and enriched! The generous person shall reap his or her generosity because he/she has watered others and therefore will remain watered.

May we be watered as we water others. May we be generous so our lives will be enriched and prosperous in Jesus Mighty name. May our seeds abide and multiply in Jesus name. Amen.

The Lord Direct your Steps and Establish them

A man’s mind plans his way [as he journeys through life], But the Lord directs his steps and establishes them.

Praise and adoration be to God for this beautiful day. May His name alone be exalted and glorified.

Many are the plans and schemes that are designed by man using our own mind and thinking but there is a great God who knows the end from the beginning. Our God has already scanned through the entire year and knows what is in stock.

The Lord therefore takes a look at our man-made plans and re-hatches, re-formats, re-moulds and redesigns them for His children.

May the Lord always come through to re-shape our plans for our good.
May His joy, peace, grace, favour, laughter, glory, honour and enlargement go ahead of us in Jesus Mighty name.

May the Lord guide and direct our steps so that we are fully established and rooted in Him. May no step of ours go astray because the Lord is with us to direct our affairs. May we receive the overtaking anointing for greater works in Jesus name.

Commit your Works to the Lord and they shall be established

Today’s scripture says that we should commit our works to the Lord, it literally means surrendering our all to the Lord. What are our works that we think we can handle on our own? Submit them today into the hands of the Master and trust Him to lead the way. Trust Him to guide you !

Let us place our absolute trust in the Lord and look out for His outputs for us. Lord we commit our works and plans into your hands.

Beauty that Pleases God

“Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the LORD is to be praised.”

Glory and honour be to God for this beautiful day that He has made. May His favour rest upon us as we walk in His wisdom.

Today’s scripture draws our attention to what truly lasts in a person’s life. The world often celebrates outward beauty and charm, but God values the inner life that flows from a heart that fears Him. Physical beauty can fade with time, and charm can be misleading, but reverence for the Lord produces a lasting impact that draws His commendation and the respect of people.

We must therefore focus more on cultivating godly character, integrity, humility, and a heart devoted to the Lord rather than chasing after appearances or human applause. A life built on the fear of God is a life that will be remembered and honoured.

Lord, help me to value what You value. May my life reflect reverence for You above all else, and may I walk in the beauty of holiness.

Father, teach me to live in holy reverence before You. Let my beauty be seen in my character, my speech, and my actions. May my life be an example of godly living that glorifies You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Hallelujah to the King of Kings for this beautiful day, let’s stay in His presence and worship Him!

To worship and praise the Lord, to observe His commandments and statutes means giving reverence to God. That is the fear of the Lord. To deliberately obey and do His will is the beginning of wisdom that the scripture has stated.

To fear Him is the beginning of wisdom but to have understanding and spiritual insight requires that we have knowledge of God. How do you acquire knowledge if you don’t do a deep study?

May the Fear of the Lord be the beginning and establishment of wisdom in our lives. May the careful and deep study of God and His Word give us understanding and spiritual insight in Jesus Mighty name. Amen.

Trust in the Lord Completely for your Safety

The fear of man brings a snare, But whoever trusts in and puts his confidence in the Lord will be exalted and safe.

Glory and honour be unto the Lord for placing us in a brand new day. We will rejoice and celebrate His goodness.

The bible says the arm of flesh will fail us! Therefore we should be guided by the fact that our trust should not be in any man as man can fail you.

Today’s scripture also states that the fear or reverence of man will bring a snare! Mortal man will try to do something for you but this cannot be compared to placing that trust in the Lord. On the other hand, man can nicely disappoint you big time. Trust God absolutely!

Let the Lord be in charge of every sphere of your life and see the difference. There is absolute safety in trusting the Lord. He never fails when we place our confidence in Him.

May we trust in the Lord and place our confidence in Him, may we receive safety from the Lord and be exalted on all fronts. May Jehovah God come through for us at all times as we put our trust in Him. Amen

Trust in the Lord and rely on Him with all your heart

Trust in and rely confidently on the Lord with all your heart And do not rely on your own insight or understanding. In all your ways know and acknowledge and recognize Him, And He will make your paths straight and smooth [removing obstacles that block your way].

Glory be to God for this beautiful day, we receive today as a gift and an opportunity to rejoice and be glad in it.

Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. Do we involve God in our important decision making? Our God knows everything, the end from the beginning so we should be guided by His Word in every step of the way.

We need to acknowledge God in order to receive His guidance. The arm of flesh will certainly fail us so we need to go to God in prayer for His guidance and direction.

Our job is to trust God, God’s job is everything else.

May our Trust in the Lord stay firm. May we make God the most important part of everything we do so we receive His guidance to accomplish His purposes for our lives in Jesus Mighty name. Amen

Iron Sharpens Iron, Man Sharpens Man

As iron sharpens iron, So one man sharpens [and influences] another [through discussion].
PROVERBS 27:17 AMP

Thank God for today’s scripture, one of the wise sayings recorded by Proverbs. Iron sharpens iron! The iron that is able to sharpen must be sharp, a blunt iron cannot sharpen the other. We must stay as sharp irons and interact with other sharp irons so we can sharpen and be sharpened as well.

There is an adage that says show me your friend and I will show you your character. It is very true that as people relate closely, they influence each other. What kind of influence do we have on those we relate to? Our influence should be godly and positive, this is what we should give and receive!

May we remain sharpened by the Word of God as we sharpen and shape each other positively with our godly influence. May no blunt iron be able to negatively influence us. May the Lord help us to stay as relevant influencers in our generation in Jesus Mighty name. Amen.

Our Generosity attracts God’s Blessings

He who has pity on the poor lends to the Lord, And He will pay back what he has given.
Proverbs 19:17 NKJV

Praise be to God for this beautiful day and the opportunity to rejoice and be glad in it.

The basis of Christianity is giving. For God so loved us that He gave us His only begotten son to die to set us free from sin and death. But for this, where would we have been?

Bible also encourages us to give, Apostle Paul engaged the church in Corinth to give because God loves a cheerful giver. In Matthew 25 Jesus also spoke about caring for the poor,prisoners, hungry and the naked. Jesus says as we do for these ones we have done it for him.

Today’s scripture as stated by King Solomon encourages all to pay attention to the poor or needy and provide the support or help that we can. This he stated is an act that God himself highly values and causes His eye and hand to turn towards us.

For God to pay you back for any act of kindness to the poor it means He needs to first recognise that act and step down from Majesty to reward. What a blessing!

May the Lord visit us more frequently because of our giving to the needy and poor. May we not be weary in doing good and being a blessing. The Lord is our great reward, May the Lord bless every giving heart today and forever more in Jesus Mighty name.

A Friend Loves at all times

A friend loves at all times, And a brother is born for adversity.
PROVERBS 17:17 AMP

Praise be to God for this beautiful day and the opportunity to rejoice and be glad in it. Today is St Valentine’s day and love is being celebrated across the world.

The question is what kind of love is being celebrated? May the Love we share today replicate the Love of God and not sensual Love that will.lead people to sin. May the pure love of God dwell in our hearts as we show love today. What is today’s scripture saying?

The book of Proverbs requires friends to be loyal and committed at all times. We are to show our loyalty to friends as we expect from them.

Friends love at all times, friends and brethren are loyal and committed to the cause of friends and family.
A brother is born to support in times of adversity or challenges. May we be present to help in times of need.

Thank you Jesus for being there for us at all times! May we not become an island, but a community where each other receives the help required.

May we remain faithful and loving through and through. May we always be seen as reliable friends and brethren. May the Lord grant us the grace to stay loving and loyal at all times in Jesus Mighty name. Amen.

Death and Life lie in the Power of the Tongue

Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.

Glory and honour be to God for a brand new day. May the joy of the Lord be our portion today.

Words are powerful, they either make or break you. The scripture for the day is charging us to pay attention to the words that we utter. They carry the Power to make or unmake us. We need to choose the right words at all times.

The words that we speak should therefore contain life, they must be encouraging, reassuring, positive and bringing solutions. Such words bring life to any dead situation.

Let’s utilise the authority and power given us to use words to make a positive impact on the world. Our words should bring light to a dark world. People should yearn to hear from us because anytime we speak, joy and peace are experienced. May this be your portion in Jesus Mighty name.

May we always seek the Lord to bring restoration and calm to chaotic situations. May our words always bring life, peace,joy and light to the world in Jesus Mighty name. Amen.

Praise, Glory and honour be unto God for the blessings of a brand new day, may we experience His presence continually.

The fear of the Lord, giving reverence to God, committing your life fully to His service, regarding God as our true source of life is the beginning of Knowledge.

The Bible made this statement a few times and I believe it is for the sake of emphasis due to its importance.

The fear of the Lord brings to us wisdom and instructions for life, it also imparts unto us self discipline.

May we Fear the Lord so that we get empowered by the wisdom and knowledge of God to do greater exploits for the Kingdom of God and draw others into the Kingdom in Jesus Mighty name. Amen
