Sowing with Faith, Reaping with Joy

2 Corinthians 9:6 (NKJV)
But this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully.

Praise and glory be to God for this blessed Sunday and the grace to gather our hearts around His Word. Thanks be to God for bringing us to the last Sunday of the year.

This scripture reveals a clear spiritual principle established by God: the measure of our sowing determines the measure of our harvest. Paul teaches that generosity is not loss but an investment into God’s divine economy. What we release in faith, God returns in abundance according to His wisdom and timing.

Sowing bountifully goes beyond material giving; it includes giving of our time, love, forgiveness, service, and obedience. When we sow with a willing heart and the right motive, God ensures that the harvest brings joy, increase, and lasting impact.

As the year draws to a close, this verse challenges us to examine the posture of our hearts. Are we holding back in fear, or are we trusting God with cheerful and generous obedience? God is faithful to reward those who sow in faith.

May you be empowered to sow generously in every area of your life. May the Lord grant you a bountiful harvest that brings glory to His name and joy to your heart. Hallelujah Amen.

Acknowledge, Confess and Believe that Jesus is Lord and receive your Salvation

because if you acknowledge and confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord [recognizing His power, authority, and majesty as God], and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.
ROMANS 10:9 AMP

Glory and honour be unto God for this beautiful day and the opportunity to rejoice and be glad in it.

God gave us His only begotten son to die to save us. The salvation does not come automatically but we need to accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and Saviour.

This we accomplish by following the scripture for the day, we acknowledge first, confess with our mouth and believe in our heart that Jesus Christ is Lord and Saviour and is able to save us. This is the ABC of Salvation- Accept, Believe and Confess.

This process acknowledges His power, authority and majesty as God! Salvation is therefore free and all one needs is to acknowledge Jesus Christ as our Lord and personal Saviour.

Take steps today to obtain Salvation by confessing with your mouth and believing in your heart that Jesus Christ is Lord.

May we confess and acknowledge Jesus Christ as the only name that can save us from eternal destruction and give us eternal life in Christ Jesus. May we be rooted in Christ Jesus. Amen.

For God so Loved the World..Jesus Christ died to Save us.

“For God so [greatly] loved and dearly prized the world, that He [even] gave His [One and] only begotten Son, so that whoever believes and trusts in Him [as Savior] shall not perish, but have eternal life.
JOHN 3:16 AMP

Praise the Lord for this beautiful day, may the joy of the Lord be with you throughout the day.

The Love of God is indescribable and significantly huge! The Love that covers the entire universe, everyone is free to tap into it. This love is all inclusive, expansive and gracious!

God created man in His own image and desires that all will come to dwell with Him in Heaven when the final trumpet sounds. He has therefore out of His infinite LOVE given us His only begotten son to die to save us from Sin and grant unto us eternal inheritance and life.

This amazing offer is therefore available to anyone who will believe and trust in the Son of God. It calls for believing in your heart and confessing with your mouth that Jesus Christ is your Lord and Saviour. May you not allow an opportunity to accept Him as your Lord and personal Saviour pass you by.

May we not miss our salvation, may we uphold Jesus Christ in our hearts and minds and serve Him in joy till the coming of the Lord. May the death of Jesus Christ give unto us life eternal in Jesus Mighty name. Amen.

God Sent His Son to Save the World, Not to Condemn – What Manner of Love!

“For God did not send the Son into the world to judge and condemn the world [that is, to initiate the final judgment of the world], but that the world might be saved through Him.”
JOHN 3:17 AMP

Praise be to God from whom all blessings flow. Thanks be to God for the blessing of today, may we be partakers of His glory.

Thank God for today’s scripture. It is a great reminder to all of us that God gave us His Son to save us and the world at large. He gave His only begotten Son not to judge or condemn us, but to bring us back to Himself, our Creator.

The time for final judgment will come at a point in time no man knows—perhaps even today? We cannot tell. So now that we have this moment, we should connect to Jesus Christ for salvation first and help others to connect as well. His salvation is free, and God the Father made a huge sacrifice in giving us His only begotten Son.

May we be instruments in the hands of God to send His salvation to all, in Jesus’ mighty name. God bless you for availing yourselves for the Master’s use! Amen.

Salvation is found only in Jesus

And there is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among people by which we must be saved [for God has provided the world no alternative for salvation].”
Acts 4:12 AMP

Glory and honour be to God for this beautiful day and the opportunity to rejoice and be glad in it.

This is Apostle Peter speaking in today’s scripture. He was speaking under the direction of the Holy Spirit. This was after the religious leaders arrested them for using the name of Jesus Christ.

The fact still remains today that there is no name aside Jesus Christ that can deliver us and give us salvation. No other name has been given that will bring salvation. The name Jesus Christ is the only solution and answer to the world so far as Salvation is concerned. May we therefore present Jesus Christ to others as we encounter them.

May we continue to lift up the name of Jesus Christ as the only way to receiving Salvation. Lord Jesus, As we lift you up, May you draw all men unto yourself in Jesus Mighty name. Amen.

Jesus Christ the Lamb that was slained to save us

All of us like sheep have gone astray, We have turned, each one, to his own way; But the Lord has caused the wickedness of us all [our sin, our injustice, our wrongdoing] To fall on Him [instead of us].
Isaiah 53:6 AMP

Praise and glory be to God for this beautiful day. We are thankful for the opportunity to rejoice and be glad in it.

Our God is a good God! When we were deep in sin and completely lost, He purposed to release His only begotten son as a ransom to save us.

From the scripture Israel had gone astray doing what pleased them and wallowing in sin. God stepped in to bring salvation to them. That is the salvation that has been extended to us this day.

Jesus Christ died to rescue us from sin and death, have you accepted Him as your Lord and Personal Saviour? If not you need to do so today so that we don’t make His death in vain.

May we be connected to Jesus Christ. May our lives be secured in Him till His coming. May all who have gone astray come back to Jesus Christ for eternal life. May the Lord be our good shepherd now and forever more. Amen.

The Grace of God has made Salvation available to all

For the [remarkable, undeserved] grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men. It teaches us to reject ungodliness and worldly (immoral) desires, and to live sensible, upright, and godly lives [lives with a purpose that reflect spiritual maturity] in this present age,
Titus 2:11‭-‬12 AMP

Praise be to God for this beautiful day and the opportunity to rejoice and be glad in it.

Salvation is a free gift God has availed to all mankind through His Son Jesus Christ. The Grace of God has been the vehicle for the delivery of this free gift of Salvation.

The steps require us to reject ungodliness and strive to live a morally upright life. It teaches us to live a sensible and godly life which shows maturity in Christ.

May we receive the Grace of God that has gifted us with Salvation. May we reject all ungodliness and immoral lifestyles. May our lives be upright, godly and exhibit spiritual maturity in Christ in Jesus Mighty name. Amen.

Take up your helmet of salvation and Sword of the Spirit

‭Ephesians 6:17 AMP‬
[17] And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God.

Glory be to God for this beautiful day and the opportunity to rejoice and be glad in it.

We continue our studies on the various weapons that the Lord has made available to us for our use. Today we take up the helmet of salvation and Sword of the Spirit.

The helmet is worn on the head for protection, all our thinking, thoughts and the majority of our five senses are on the head. We therefore need the “helmet ” to secure our salvation by checking us against things we see, hear and even say. Our thoughts and confessions can keep us or make us lose our salvation so easily. Another defensive weapon we need dearly.

The next weapon is the sword of the Spirit which is the Word of God. This is the only offensive weapon among the set of God’s armour. It is the Word of God that can cut through every situation we find ourselves even through the marrow. The Sword of the Spirit should therefore be with us all the time by dwelling richly in us so that we employ it whenever and wherever it is required.

May the Lord help us to employ the weapons of helmet of salvation and Sword of the Spirit for our defensive and offensive spiritual battles. May we overcome and conquer every battle in Jesus Mighty name. Amen.

God is our Strength,Song and Salvation

“Behold, God, my salvation! I will trust and not be afraid, For the Lord God is my strength and song; Yes, He has become my salvation.”
ISAIAH 12:2 AMP

Praise the Lord! Adoration,Hallelujah and Glory be to God for this beautiful Sunday and the opportunity to rejoice and be glad in it.

Thanking God for the gift of Salvation that He has given freely unto us. We need to continually trust and obey God! In this year 2024, may God remain our song and strength.

He alone is God so we should not operate in fear as we rely on Him as our Lord and Saviour. He is our Salvation!

May we proclaim this salvation found in the Lord to others, May we sing it out loudly so that others may come and benefit from this salvation.

May the Lord remain our Salvation till His coming! May He forever be our strength and shield! May the Lord be our song of deliverance, adoration, praise, healing and breakthrough in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

Rejoice in Hardships because it Produces Hope and Assurance of Salvation

And not only this, but [with joy] let us exult in our sufferings and rejoice in our hardships, knowing that hardship (distress, pressure, trouble) produces patient endurance; and endurance, proven character (spiritual maturity); and proven character, hope and confident assurance [of eternal salvation].
ROMANS 5:3‭-‬4 AMP

Praise, Glory and honour be to God for this blessed day, may we rejoice and be glad in it.

Today’s scripture is drawing our minds to the fact that there are some benefits during our trial or difficult moments. God is able to use that to build up our character in the Faith.

We can recall the persecution of the church in Acts of the Apostles that sent Philip to Samaria to preach the gospel.

This is to draw attention to the fact that it is not only a gloomy situation when we enter into trials. We should therefore continue to trust God even in difficult moments that they will work together for our good.

May the Lord help us so that with endurance we will look forward to seeing Christ even in our challenging moments. God be our strength. May we not lose our salvation because of challenges that may have come our way. Amen.

The Lamb of God who takes away our sins

The next day he saw Jesus coming to him and said, “Look! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!
John 1:29 AMP

Praise be to God for this beautiful day and the opportunity to rejoice and be glad in it.

John the Baptist came as a forerunner preparing the way for our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. The Pharisees and Scribes had been asking him questions as to whether he was the messiah they were expecting just because John was baptizing people in the Jordan.

Today’s scripture is the direct Word of John the Baptist when he saw Jesus coming to him to be baptized. Jesus Christ indeed is the Lamb that takes away the sins of this world. Have you encountered Him?

Jesus Christ was crucified on the Cross to redeem mankind from sin and death and to reconcile us to the Heavenly Father. There is forgiveness now for everyone who confesses and accepts Jesus as Lord and personal Saviour.

May the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of this world be our Lord and Personal Saviour. May we not miss His great sacrifice that reconciles us to God the Father. Thank you Jesus Christ for saving us. Amen.
