God Sent His Son to Save the World, Not to Condemn – What Manner of Love!

“For God did not send the Son into the world to judge and condemn the world [that is, to initiate the final judgment of the world], but that the world might be saved through Him.”
JOHN 3:17 AMP

Praise be to God from whom all blessings flow. Thanks be to God for the blessing of today, may we be partakers of His glory.

Thank God for today’s scripture. It is a great reminder to all of us that God gave us His Son to save us and the world at large. He gave His only begotten Son not to judge or condemn us, but to bring us back to Himself, our Creator.

The time for final judgment will come at a point in time no man knows—perhaps even today? We cannot tell. So now that we have this moment, we should connect to Jesus Christ for salvation first and help others to connect as well. His salvation is free, and God the Father made a huge sacrifice in giving us His only begotten Son.

May we be instruments in the hands of God to send His salvation to all, in Jesus’ mighty name. God bless you for availing yourselves for the Master’s use! Amen.

You are the Light to the World

“You are the light of [Christ to] the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden;”
MATTHEW 5:14 AMP

Glory be to God for the blessings of a brand new day and the opportunity to rejoice and be glad in it.

The scripture for today says we are the Light of this world. That means if we do not glow and bright the world will experience darkness. Lord help us to shine.

Jesus Christ is the answer to the world! The Light of the world and therefore as His ambassadors we must shine to attract people to Christ. As light we need to be on the hill, that is strategically positioned to brighten up where we are for others to find the path to Jesus Christ.

As the Light of Christ we are compared to the City on the Hill that cannot be hidden, we cannot but to brighten up where we are to lead people to the Light of the world.

May our lights glow wherever we find ourselves.May we keep shining and illuminate the world for Jesus to be glorified. Glory be to God! Light your world for Jesus! Amen.

Do not be Conformed to the world but Be Transformed by renewing your mind

And do not be conformed to this world [any longer with its superficial values and customs], but be transformed and progressively changed [as you mature spiritually] by the renewing of your mind [focusing on godly values and ethical attitudes], so that you may prove [for yourselves] what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect [in His plan and purpose for you].
ROMANS 12:2 AMP

Praise, Glory and honour and adoration be unto the Lord for a brand new day. God alone deserves the praise.

The systems of the world compete daily for our minds and attention. We live in the world but are not of the world. That is why the scripture today is admonishing us not to conform to the patterns of the world, but rather transform by renewing our minds. It is important that as we start a new year we try to focus right.

Our focus should be on God, while doing whatever we are called to do or have found doing, we should let our connection with God permeate through. Our spirituality should not be confined to the church but everywhere we find ourselves.

Godly values and ethical standards should be our hallmark, people should desire Christ when they encounter us.

May we live in accordance with God’s values so that we would see ourselves fulfilling the plans and purposes of God concerning our lives. May we experience total transformation through Christ Jesus!

Jesus Christ is the Light of the world

Once more Jesus addressed the crowd. He said, “ I am the Light of the world. He who follows Me will not walk in the darkness, but will have the Light of life.”
John 8:12 AMP

Praise and honour be unto God for this beautiful day and the opportunity to rejoice and be glad in it.

Jesus Christ is the answer to the world. He is the Saviour of the world. Today’s scripture is the direct Word from Jesus Christ, He is the Light of the world.

He further stated that anyone who comes to Him and surrenders his or her life to Him walks in the Light of life and has nothing to do with darkness. May you connect to this light and experience it.

Anytime lights are turned on, darkness disappears, as we get connected to the Light of Life, May we shine forth the Light of the gospel to this dark world.

May the Light of Christ Jesus shine through us to the world.
May our lights glow wherever we find ourselves so that darkness will be eliminated and Jesus Christ exalted to draw men unto Himself in Jesus Mighty name. Amen.

Go into the World and preach the Gospel to all creation

And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.
Mark 16:15 AMP

Praise be to God for this beautiful day and the opportunity to rejoice and be glad in it.

This is the Great Commission that Jesus Christ gave to the disciples and by extension to every child of God after His resurrection and prior to His ascension.

The scripture for today popularly referred to as the Great Commission enjoins all christians to preach the good news of salvation to all and at all times. Just tell someone today that Jesus loves you!

The commission requires that we preach to people, teach them, get them baptized by the Church and follow up on them to ensure they remain and grow in Christ Jesus.

Father we pray for grace to be able to fulfil the great commission in accordance with your Word. May we be preachers and teachers of your Word to get your Word established in the lives of those we preach to in Jesus Mighty name. Amen.
